XFINITY Mobile Voicemail for Android
The app doesn't give any kind of alert when a voicemail is received, not even a flag on the icon. The biggest issue, however, is that when up do look at your voicemail then try to click on a message to listen to it, the app crashes. This is a huge problem! Why have an app if it doesn't do anything.
Keep getting a run around... It won't work or down load... Talked to a rep 3 times and nothing! Getting your voice mail set up shouldn't be a this incredibly difficult!!!!
This Voicemail doesn't work, I spoke to xfinity customer service guys but no solution.
I had issues with the app initially but it works perfectly fine now and it's awesome. I can read the messages or pick and choose which ones I want to hear. I love it!!!

Can we at least use *99 until this app actually works?
The problem with this app is that I have to open it to know that I have a voice mail meessage waiting for me. I don't receive all that many voice mails so I'm not in the habit of checking every day. The app needs to provide a large, conspicuous alert whenever I wake up my phone to inform me when I have a voicemail message waiting for me.
I moved 2 wks and since then, this app will not work. Called multiple times and still not working. They claim I now have 2 accounts numbers, gave me the acct# for my cell service but I can't log in. Just keeps telling me I have no cell service. I'm sure I'll have a bill tho.
Been on since xfinity mobile started worked for only a month called in befor got it fix only worked about a week now it tells me to press*to hear my messages but i cant press any buttons and when i call in for my voice mail and put my phone number it says invalid number. Sick and tired of this app not working
This update and probably earlier ones to refuse to show me that i have messages even though all notification restrictions are off. Xcharge. Disable and revert to oem roll out version works. 24/7 text help had been useless but i did get a call from xf about this review and apparently the latest update is SUPPOSED to have no unread messages badge on the app icon!!! Apparently they are working on getting it back. Way to go developers , removing an ESSENTIAL feature with an upgrade. Bumped it up a star for contacting me but that is crazy. If you want the 'new message' badge (and who doesn't) and it works for you do what i did and revert to the rollout oem version (no idea what"bugs" the newer versions have fixed)
App does not work at all. Emailed customer support and they try to call me on my cell phone during work hours to talk about the problem. The rep said that he would only try 4 times. App not worth using.
Originally this app would not work for me, a phone call from the customer service center fixed my app and it now works as advertised. Thank you xfinity!
This app, while functional, feels like it is still in beta or something. The menus are visually extremely basic and lack the polish that other modern apps have, and sometimes take 2 or 3 tries to get it to recognize what I'm trying to tap on.
The app is extremely glitchy. Have to click a button 2-4 times and sometimes it doesn't even complete the action.
Says something is wrong with my account.
Xfinity Voicemail app doesn't work and doesn't play back so you can hear your Voicemail greeting . Would not recommend it to anyone.

Doesnt work anymore. I have had this phone since June and within the last month the app has stopped working all together. Visual voicemail worked in the beginning now just says contact support and that number is not in service.
Can't check my voicemails and Xfinity doesn't know what to do. Sat on hold for an hour and the call disconnected with no return call. Should of stayed with my previous mobile carrier! Junk Update: 4 months later and my voicemail still does not work. I don't even get voicemail alerts.
Had no vm indicator at first, my notification was turned off when i updated. Everything works fine now, and i love the app where i can see and read all my vm instead of having to make a phone call to get them. The fact that i can reply from the app it a definite bonus, and can delete all from there as well...
App works for me without any issues. Only thing I wish is that you could have visual voicemail integrated into the default Android dialer. Other than that it works how it's supposed to.
Just to add, right now it does not work with the Samsung Note 8. Works with the Samsung S8+. Once Xfinity mobile starts supporting more phones I am hopefully certain all the little bugs will be ironed out.
Notifications not working. Missed a very important call. Useless.
I wish it would show the number of voicemails on the icon so I don't have to open the app to know if I have any.
App will not let you see mobile data useage or billing details. As a result i had to install a 3rd party app to lock out mobile data as my bill was suddenly going up.
I never get an indicator that I have a voicemail and when the indicator does show up it's 10 hours later ....... Pls fix Very annoying
The app doesn't work. I'm not able to receive voicemail or leave voicemail for others. I've redownloaded and updated and it still doesn't work.
I'm missing vmail messages because Notifications are not showing on the home screen.. And I checked to make sure the notifications are set to "on"..still nothing
Works great. Love that it transcribes the messages so you don't have to listen to it.
Why even put this on play store it wants a xfinity mobile SIM but I have Verizon just make this app visible to xfinity mobile
Doesn't work
2 weeks, four phone calls, an hour and a half on the phone, and STILL MY VOICE MAIL DOES NOT WORK! UNBELIEVABLE! This is a glitch in their system, as I had voicemail for my first month with them that worked fine. I have a work order, they said they would contact me with a progress report - THEY HAVE NOT CALLED ME YET! UNBELIEVABLE!
Absolutely sucks! Have phone 6 weeks now and STILL cant use voiemail from the dial pad. I have logged over 20 hours on the phone with xfinity,CLEARLY they have no clue. They are not quick to get back to you either just quick when they want to get paid.
I can't delete any voicemails. Everytime I try the 3 that are there are still present with no error or any sort of message saying the deletion failed. Also I can't remember when the app actually pushed a notification of a new voicemail. I've tried everything to get them back to no avail
Quadruple Hate it. I like everyonelse have spent over 30hrs of my time trying to get this app to work. To say it is junk is being way to kind.
Nobody can leave a voicemail, can't get logged in to set it up, have called customer service 3 times. A supervisor was supposed to call back and never did.

What the...come on guys, kids in their basements have better solutions than this. I would like a call from customer service after being given the run around for hours. You need to train support. Your never gonna be a legit cell provider if this continues.
