Comcast Business My Account for Android
I do like the app - I can be anywhere in the workplace and receive calls, however...... There MUST be a way to turn off notifications. If not, you need to get it together and pretty soon. It is draining my battery with all these notifications that a call is coming through, answered, hung up, disconnected, voice mail, terminated.. You get the drift - 5 notifications per phone call - at the minimum! If this does not get fixed very soon, I am deleting the app! I really hope Comcast reads all of these reviews!I did email the developers so hopefully they fix this issue!
They took what was a good, serviceable app and turned it into a horrific mess. Ability to log in is inconsistent. Notifications come every call I send or receive on my desk phone, which clogs up my notifications and drains the battery on my phone and smartwatch. I'm deleting this app until I see it has been fixed.
I just remembered why I don't like Comcast nothing ever works, for me to log into my account I have to try about 10 times before I can get in the actual app with having issues like wrong password which I know it's not wrong or network failure 90% of the time,worst experience ever like always if my work didn't require me to deal with Comcast I would never deal with them, that's why I no longer am a Comcast customer, this app needs serious fixing
For the amount I pay to have this service it would be very nice to have this application work as advertised. Xfinity has a great app, it would be extremely beneficial to have an app of similar caliber. I believe I will find a different service.
Says "Username and password don't match." I can log on just fine from a web browser.
App was working ok, within the last two days keeps timing out and I have to uninstall or clear data to get it to work. Fix ASAP please....

There is no notification on which hunt group they are calling from which is embarrassing when we have two different companies in the same office and I don't know which to answer as. Fix that and we have something much more solid. The android call pop-up covers the notification area on 7.1.1 that's why I can't see it.
This app is a waste of time. It does nothing. The outages are reported, wow? BFD. We know that there is an outage. There is nothing else you can do with this. The most important thing to do when there is an outage for a business is to be able to forward calls to a cell phone. You can't do that with this piece of garbage app. Shame on you the developer. Why isn't there a zero star rating?
Cannot call out from app since new version arrived. Everytime I try to manually dial a number, or even select a call from the caller ID list, the app crashes. The previous app was bad...but this is horrible! Comcast should be ashamed of themselves. Look elsewhere for a mobile business solution. This is the worst!!!!
The app rarely allows me to log into the application. From network connection errors to outdated call information, this app and Comcast services have been useless. The exact same credentials work online, but not here. I do not recommend depending on this for business services. Our company has had nothing but headaches working with the Comcast network. I strongly advise pursuing alternatives when possible. Still broken on recent updates. Running on LG G4 Android 6.0
This app worked great before they "updated" it. Since the update I have never been able to make a call. Calls come in, but they won't go out. FREQUENT outages!
Nothing works right on this new version. Cannot make the outbound calls 80%of the time. In bound calls leave tons of notifications on the phone. Very unhappy with upgrade. Wish I could go back to previous version.
How do I turn off the be anywhere feature!!! If I could figure this out, I would give the app five stars. The app is not very user friendly.
New version still barely works. Now a battery hog too! Good luck logging in for more than one hour per day. Comcast doesn't care enough to fix, they already have your money. Total junk.
I don't seem to be getting a lot of notifications like other users, perhaps this is a phone default that needs to be adjusted? Aside from it being a handy app, my issue with the old version still has not been addressed: "The problem is that an incoming call to primary phone isn't clearly identified as a call to primary phone on the secondary phone's caller ID. If there is a way to fix this, I would increase rating."
So little functionality that you're better off going to the mobile site. Unintuitive interface, limited functionality, slow or unresponsive to certain actions, etc. I've been very pleased with Comcast Business Services at multiple locations and their web site is functional. However, they need to scrap this app and start over again from a clean slate if they want an app customers can actually use.
Recently just upgraded/paid for Voice Mobility but the app won't give me access to the phone options. No access to any of the features I'm supposed to get, so I'm pretty much just giving comcast more money for nothing.
Now we are able to turn off the notifications from App▪Please improve the UI.
It won't let me go to the phone portion so I can turn my phone into the work phone whenever I need to.

Always resets and never keeps me logged in. So annoying.

Do not buy into this comcast business account. It is terrible and there is no support. My phone gets push notification with EVERY call our office gets and I cannot login, change password, nothing. So I will delete the app.
Periodically logs you off and then it takes a few attempts to get signed in again. That gets frustrating when you don't have time to waste. It's a business app Comcast. Get it to work right.
I have been using this app for just over a year for work. The entire time it has been buggy. Mostly issues with signing in. Now with the newest update, signing in seems to be fixed, but I get upwards of 6 different notifications for each call that comes in. I have looked in the settings, and there doesn't seem to be a way to turn this off.
The application works great now with the newest update. But the number of notifications that I receive is insane. Every time ANYTHING happens with the phone in my office I receive a notification on my android device. If I hang up the phone, make a call, missed a call, have an incoming call, etc it is too many notifications and needs to have some sort of adjustment to choose how many or what kinds of notifications I want.
Updated: The app was stable for a long time, but this new update removes key features! Their website marketing efforts no longer match the service offerings. Cannot check voicemail, make business calls from mobile, manage any mobility settings. But I can make sure to pay my bill....
NEW APP THROWS UP NOTIFICATIONS PHONE IS MAKING SO MANY NOISES PLEASE LET ME TURN THEM OFF JEEZ Can't believe this is a business app. Kind of works when it does but that is only 1/4 of the time. I'm stuck with it because we have them for our business service. Very frustrating. Update: App works 1/8 the time. Never can log in to use the remote call feature they advertised. Should I use my business time to call customer support and spend an hour clearing cache/uninstall reinstall or should you use your power as one of the largest telecommunications company to make a "business" level product that doesnt hamper actual business users.
The same as everyone else. The new update has caused me to receive multiple notifications for every call placed and received on the office landline. Called support and not a whole lot that can be done besides reinstall app...but others have tried and the problem still exists. I know i can turn off notifications all together in the app manager for android, but it is all or nothing, so my voicemail/missed call notifications would be stopped as well.
Impossible to load the app in time to answer a call as it comes in, rendering the app almost useless for me. This app serves more as a visual missed call information center than anything else. UPDATE: Now with multiple notifications for any action on the land line and no notification settings, nice. "Call Terminated."
Too many notifications and no way to control them. Luckily can block all notifications in android settings. Get lots of warnings about unable to complete your request when trying to make settings changes. Old app before update was better.
It was good until the latest update. Now i get like 4 dings every time i place or answer my phone. No way to turn off the notifications in the app.
Would have given this five stars. Works perfectly with my Galaxy 6 but I am annoyed that I have to sign in everytime and that it does not keep me signed in.

Most issues resolved with this release. Wish some more features were available and Way to Switch off the Notifications. Make & take calls via your Comcast phone number anywhere was good.
