It works. It let's you edit a black and white photo and selectivity re-color portions of it either in the original colors or colors of your choice. On the "crop and orient " screen tap the checkmark to move to the editor screen. To save your work tap the share button. I would like to see edge detection added. Before giving an app a bad rating take the time to learn how to use it.
