Everytime Id take a picture it would say it wasn't correct and then crash. It wouldn't let me take pictures that we're good, as it always said it couldn't see me- then it would crash. And when I tried to upload a picture it would say "Email not valid"

Kept saying camera not working try again later. Lame!

Could never take s picture. Said camera getting ready but would never come up. Then would crash. I really want to try this out!!

Barely works

Interesting concept but I have some issues . I really hate that it doesn,t give drug store cosmetic suggestions. Very limited shades too. I mean isn't brown the most common eye color, than why are you showing me only two eye shadow shades.

This would be a great app if it would actually load. Wish I could at least try it so I could give it a proper rating.

Too slow

The app does have drugstore brands for women of color but what i know matches me never shows up. All I get is a few expensive foundation matches that i don't want. The same thing happens with other products. There needs to be more low end brands included like Black Radiance, Black Opal, Ruby Kisses, and Zuri. Another problem is the app needs to take two toned lips into consideration.

Wouldn't work. It kept spinning a circle, saying "loading" while trying to take a picture. Uninstalling!

No dice. Couldn't save image. Flakey app.

I've taken 6+ selfies and it never gets past the photo part. I even tried a photo from my album, nothing.

Aweful. It never got past the 'take a selphie' phase. What is the point of having only a dozen models if they don't match your tones? It should allow you to mix and match aspects of the models to best fit you since it won't allow you to take an acceptable selphie.

When I installed this app and opened it,it took 5-10 minutes to load but this app is not opening :-(

Seeing as I don't usually wear makeup having an app that picked shades for me was a God send! However I'd like for it to do clothes, too.

Very good design

It was slow and sluggish. Kept saying "bad lighting" when it was perfectly fine and so then the hair picker thing didnt work anf it was just not fun!

Get your crap fixed. I installed it got my colors figured out and when I went back in to write down colors to purchase the stupid thing kept saying LOADING...

It doesn't work and it stucks sometimes and the loading is too long.. Uninstalled it..

Camera didn't work straight off the bat. Same issues everyone else was having.

This app doesn't load. After signing in to my Facebook, it stays on the sign in menu. Waste of time.

I bet everyone will start to download this app

The app crashed everytime I opened the camera or attempted to open the gallery. I have a LG G4.

It let me take the picture. And retake it when it got it wrong. Unfortunately, it never got it right. It got my lip color right but no matter what lighting I used, it was convinced I was the exact opposite skin tone.

Can't get past the analyzing color..

This app never works...will not scroll or retake the pic ect. Had to uninstall re install over a dozen time in 15min & still doest work..I GIVE UP!

I like it, but how do you retake a picture? At first it said it wasn't a good pic and couldn't find a face but all of a sudden it's accepted but I would like to retake it in better light

was really leery based on so many low reviews, either they worked on it some and improved it or i just got lucky. loaded a selfie i took with the flash and back camera (not the crappy low res no flash front camera) took roughly 30 seconds to analyse the image (while on wi-fi, which is probably pretty important given the amount of data it has to be exchanging for analysis and product suggestions), after adjusting the color selection focuses for each area and saving it, it offered up some really excellent products in colors that were well matched to the individual look categories and my skin tone, hair, eyes, and lips. quite impressed.

I could have sworn an earlier version of the app provided drugstore recommendations. With this newer version, I'm only left with high end. Don't get me wrong, I purchase high end makeup ... just not every day. Please bring back drugstore options. Update - App keeps crashing when I try to change my picture.

I am very fair skinned and no matter what image I use it matches my skin as "dark with cool undertones" and recommending me foundations for very dark skin. At one stage it just matched my skin as a pitch black shade of "N/A with N/A undertones"

Keep taking good selfies but for some reason it can't give me the right matches for my skin color! I know I'm fair skinned yet tells me colors for dark skin tone! It's absolutely ridiculous!

App did not work and the camera did not work either.

Everything takes ages to load but great apart from that

This app is so much fun, and it's great for the beauty lover who wants to finally find which makeup colors are right for her unique coloring. No more of that awful orange foundation line!
