Deposit anywhere still not working for me, and I have reported this many times in various ways and still nothing has been done about it... still can not focus the camera on a cheque for a clear image, an older version worked perfectly, then I updated it and suddenly camera doesn't focus. Otherwise a decent app and if this one issue were fixed I would rate it 4-5 stars.

The app can't seem to figure out how to stay on the deposit screen when you turn your phone to take the picture, but it forces you to turn your phone to take the picture. As soon as you do, you're back at the main screen. It makes mobile deposits impossible! Otherwise it works for looking at my account.

Etransfer suddenly won't work, also I wish it showed Bill payment confirmation numbers with the transaction in the permanent list.

I like this app pretty good but it needs the fingerprint scanner option to unlock it! Otherwise great!

Good for seeing balance that's it. I find anything else is clunky and mobile pay isn't showing up for me. Live chat won't help.

The app is not very informative.

Easy to use for all banking needs.

Its nice but when i connect it to the public wifi it doesnt work anymore. I dont know what happen....????????????

Nothing works except to see your balance. It needs alot of updating and work done, please fix it.

A great app to check balances and make payments. However the mobile pay option is not avaible even for a LG g4 and a Galaxy s8. I can't even use Samsung pay for my affinity credit cards. Very disappointed and hope Affinity will fix this soon.

I like this app for checking my balance, transferring between accounts and paying my bills however it is extremely annoying how quick it boots you off if you have to go check another screen, so when paying bills I need to sign back in like 5 times to get it done. Just wish the time out on booting you off wasn't so quick.

It gets the job done, but I wished there was a tab to just view deposits and to filter by month. Hope to see this in an update soon.

Awesome app. Easy to navigate and use. More convenient than other financial institutions apps.

App asks for permission to access contacts, media, calls, and files on my Z5 Premium. Why do you NEED that information?? App also auto runs in background without signing in, with no way to disable startup. Even "Greenify" hibernation won't work. Looks like it is spying. There is no need for this. Make the app less intrusive... no one wants an app wasting memory and tracking them.

Worked fine before the update just before Christmas. Now it's constantly crashing. Even tried reinstalling the app.

Updated to 3.1.3, now crashes when I try to take photo of cheque. Please fix soon ????

Keep getting a message that says image can't be verified and to try capturing again. I try to do this but it still doesn't work.

Keep giving me the error message "unforturtunatly CU has stopped" then kick me out and have to log back on all over again. Also keep timing out so I have to keep login back on. The application SUCKS!!!. I UNINSTALL/re-install application and just keep happening. Contacted Erica (live chat) and it keep timing out. Your service is NOT user friendly. After several day still unable to do what I want to do. Perhaps is time to take my financial portfolio and move it to another financial institution!!!

Recent change prevents app from being used on rooted devices and thus making it useless. Stupid and unnecessary. Nobody is rooting their phone without knowing what they're doing. And it's not like any app is going to be immune to keyloggers (eg, a malicious keyboard) and the like. Don't mess with my choices, AffinityCU. Display a warning if you want, but you've effectively "bricked" your own app. This is especially frustrating for me because I'm not even rooted anymore. No other app considers my phone to be rooted.

It's nice how you can deposit a cheque and also pay bills and see your account balance. Sometimes the camera glitches and takes pictures without you choosing to capture a picture, taking pictures over and over.
