1. Contact list (without having to create group). 2. About links are not functional, as are "tell a friend" this is arguably your greatest flaw. Nobody uses this app, hence nobody will use this app. 3. Projects come and go, but group affliations can persist for some time. Group affliation assignment should be available for individual contacts. This can be user generated or global. 4. sync with google chat or email allows non-app users to participate and induce them to use for additional functionality.
