Good app, would have rated higher but has started sending me unwanted news notifications. Worse still you click on it and it only takes you to the app and not the news clip... I have now turned notifications off.

As per recent feedback. Doesn't work. Effort wasted on interface when it doesn't even work. No games will play. Someone fix this bullshit

Can't watch any live or recorded matches from my phone. If the bug doesn't get fixed, I will be getting my money refunded!

You can't watch anything through this app. It completely defeats the purpose of advertising, that you can watch it on your mobile device.

rubbish does not work same as setanta app they are just abolutely stupid . Went to watch the england scotland game today and the re sult was on their opening page making watching the match useless WANKERS

Terrible app. Won't chromecast properly despite advertising it can.

I subscribed to a free month. pass successfully. . You then offered a special yearly pass at discount for which I paid US$111.99.You cancelled the monthluy payment. I have been in HK and Singapore the past month. I have been unable to access Rugby Pass in either destination. How do I get help here in HK please? I was pleased with the early access but now I am stuck for words. Please help to sort this out. A major Rugby Fan.

Have been using this for a while. Especially the archived games I can catch-up with using the condensed option. Some minor issues with casting via Home and streaming dropouts - but definitely getting value for my subscription.

the video quality is awesome, but too frequently when connected to my big screen via Chromecast a match is "currently unavailable", yet the same match is available via web browser. Overall it's a fantastic service though.

I am unable to watch anything. It states error occurs, I have checked my subscription and it is ok. Very frustrating

Didn't specify location is an requirement; so the app is entirely useless as it errors "not available in my area" ... if there's restrictions they should be listed before downloading.

Great wide screen replays and live feeds

A great selection of games and great quality feeds.

Don't know what all the negative comments are about, works fine on Nexus 6P and Sony Xperia Z3 Compact and can cast it to TV on both devices. I don't think people realise you need to buy the pass to use it, which is well worth the money

Before i can even try or view the product i have to pay already....no wonder there is only a 1000 downloads. People want to see what they get first. #uninstall

Much like Setanta app, the android version of the app never work. Keeps locking me out of the app even after i signed out of all my other devices (PC and iPad). Their only advice when contacted is delete and re-install app, which doesn't work either
