Coinsecure Bitcoin India

Interface is good but functionality is limited. I have updated my contact but today its vanished. I am not able to see my completed orders as well. Their support need a serious revamp. Adding fund to user account takes amazingly 48 hours whereas using IMPS funds are into their account instantly. Made several calls to support and luckily someone picks but that too not of any help.

I like the fee structure compared to other apps, but Login experience is not at all good so that it's tough for me to login for purchase the bitcoins. It's great if you guys same login and authentication process same as zebpay like finger print censor etc for great user experience.

Coinsecure is the best bitcoin trading engine full stop. Zebpay loots people with huge difference between the big and sell price, sometimes even 15k+. So for each trade you pay 15k as their fees. Stay away from zebpay if you want to make any profit. I wish coinsecure improves customer service though

Worst bloody app and organization! Pathetic... It took a month to just verify my kyc and bank link, then after successful verification, I'm still unable to make any transactions. This is totally unacceptable. We are not fools to bloody wait for the verification, just to wait more. PLS DON'T DOWNLOAD AND WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP!

Rates are good, but thats the only good thong abput the app. Cant shpw current orders, can't show pending prders. Always says connection lost or "circuit breaker open. Calls are falling fast". Its a tough job traditing here. Neither do they provide rate alerts like zebpay. For gods sake do improve with all the 0.4% commission u r getting.

I would like to point out a real lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by your customer care representative. I would recommend you teach your reps basic people skills before you let them contact your prospective clients. I DONOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS APP OR THE SERVICES OFFERED BY THEM .

Worst app ever. I wanted to buy bitcoin when the price was low. So I deposited the amount into their account. They took more than 24 hours to verify the amount and till then price was up again. What's the point of an exchange I you can't do trading real time.

Worst customer service. As expected from this type of company. They are not picking up the call. Not replying to the mail, not sure if they really checks their official​ mail ID. The IVR kept the user on hold forever. My IMPS Transaction was not credited even after 3 days. Yesterday they update their website that they have heavy backlog of transaction. Abe jab kaam nahi sambhalta tumse to band kardo company. I was using ZebPay in the past, and thought to give CoinSecure a chance. But they have failed miserably. Worst customer service. They say that all the bank transaction are automatic. My transaction has been stuck from the past 72 hrs. Thats how their Algorithm works. Seriously I recommend ZebPay to everyone.

Its very bad when market is running fast grow or dawn exactly that time its server dawn not working webside even app. Its our losss. I have many time losses. Customer care is also not support that time.

Really slow and never worked so far!! It has been giving error as "valid file". Not sure if someone uploads "invalid" file. I don't even see anyone responding to so many complains! Very very unprofessional.

Very rubbish app and rubbish website. Always crash at time of making transaction. And so much loss faces due to this disgusting app. Close your site if you cannot give good service.

App is so slow at peak time its intentionally, they are teking advantage in the lack of crypto regulatory in india. They increase prizes very slow when Bitcoin rates getting high, and decrease it immediately when getting a little low. Just making fool.we understand these things but cant do anything becouse they all are dooing same in the lack of lows.

Take your app/business and throw into India ocean. I have submitted my KYC details 3 times from 15 days. Still I am not a KYC user, you have not verified it. Then why are you maintaining the app. People don't use this, you will get irritation.

Buggy process running, slow, a lot of bugs in the app. Developers, please look at the bugs, and do a thorough testing before releasing a buggy app. Concept is good, but do keep bugs away. There are no options to trade below 0.01BTC, vhange that limit, and also if one person has got 0.012 BTC, and tha person chose to sell all btc, and say for partial order, only 0.01 BTC got sold, what will the person do with the remaining 0.002 BTC? I faced this issue, I had to again re initiate trade with 0.01 BTC since that was the minimum amount. I hope you van understand. Also another issue is that include an option to sell all btc from the wallet also. I will update my review once the issues are resolved. Update: after a lot of complaints, they resolved my issues and now I am able to trade, but still a lot needs to be improved... Especially the time required to verify deposits....

I'm not sure if the design of this app was ever reviewed from a user experience point of view. I provide my email address to login and then enter the code sent to my email. I'm expecting to be now prompted to enter my password, just like the webpage does, but I get this error message - "Missing parameter:Email". Over and over. So very misleading and frustrating.

Not allowed to login, "oops something went wrong try after some time". Not able to purchase btc. Support is useless not giving proper response.

Fully disappointed After submitting my complete document got verified my account when I make a call after a period of 25 days. After that i make two withdrawl of btc of a nominal amount . Thanks god. finely i got my withdrawl amount after two days. Aaa well thanks to Coinsecure

They are cheating us selling bitcoins lower than international market when rate is high. ... highly disappointed from them. . Still they doing this.. I need reason for this

These people hold the cash in their account and don't credit it user's wallet so that they can earn interest on that amount. IMPS takes 5 minutes to credit but they take 2 days. Very poor customer service. Your money is not safe with them guys. Prefer another wallet.

Can't send bitcoins from this coinsecure account to any other bitcoin wallet using this app. (It shows msg "coming soon" from ages.) *BIGGEST BUG IN COINSECURE WEBSITE: 1. Doesn't show transactions ID of the sent bitcoins from coinsecure wallet on WEBSITE . 2. Contact us/Email tab in website is useless. No one reply to our query / issue.

Now I am uninstalling useless exchange app because I am already submitted all required documents but my account was not verified yet. Zebpay Exchange app is better go for zebpay.

I'm unable to verify my 10000 rupees deposit from past 10 days. Coinsecure please make your system robust you'll be market leader in no time..

Damnn Slow app for trading....causes losses due to slow processing .....unable to withdraw.... As email link is not received...despite to 4-5 attempts

India do not have good Bitcoin exchanges and that's the reason Coinsecure and zebpay are surviving, the day a fair exchange is launched, these will be thrown in gutters. Bitcoin is a lot better than Zebpay in rate and trade transparency but their customer support is ruining the show. 99% of the time you won't get connected and your call will be dropped. If CoinSecure owner is reading this review then please make sure your customer support responds and does some work (especially Nitesh). Also right now there login service is down since 30 minutes, nobody cares to respond or update it on the site. Pathetic.

The app has bugs. I can't even login. I don't see my money secure in coinsecure hand. Very bad UI for mobile browser. Let's wait until tech team fix all the bugs.

Couldn't even sign up. Filled up the form. And no errors thrown, just doesn't sign up and stays on the same form no matter how many times I click submit button. ZebPay is so far the best indian exchange he I've used.

Pathetic experience, I am waiting since 10 days just for verification of 2 docs and their is nobody interested in contacting or processing it further. Neither anyone picks call on customer care.

It's nightmare to login. It fails 90% of the time even after entering right code/password with some absurd 'mising parameter email' or 'no such key' error. Please make the correction.

Just installed this app and created a account.. even after entering my email address I m getting a msg saying missing parameter email

Utterly undependable.. app gives instructions to check email link to verify transaction.. and the damn website was giving a 503 error (that's why I tried thee app in the first place)..missed a golden chance to buy Bitcoin in a dip.. completely pissed off...

Worst app After Sign up i verified my email and whenever i try to login into app it throws error "Missing parameter . email " same error i tried many times even after clearing app data same error While i am able to login to desktop website it does not let me login to app. So moved to other app based exchanges

Lost 15K. Unconfirmed deposit for more than 3 days and remaining balance from wallet just vanished. And after that, customer care executive give put the phone on side after picking up. I will deal this legally

Not able to login through app even after filling the filling token number which system sent me to my mail ID, getting message MISSING PARAMETERS. E-MAIL ,What to do please help me out.

Poor app interface. Always tells OTP is expired. Impossible to verify account and PAN details. Unable to understand why developers built this poor app. Totally worst.

Worst experience. Kyc verification took 3 months still not completed. In digital era ekyc took 2 minutes and coinsecure took 3 months. That's funny.

Worst app ever.. they don't know how to treat their customers.. some lazy ass working in company who want to do nothing.. never bother about customer's kyc

Really a great app and above all an excellent customer care staff. I had an issue which was resolved by Mr. Anshul by taking personal interest and with continues follow up by him. Thanks.
