They report that machines are fixed or repaired when they haven't been. Apparently their employees are getting paid for work not done. I reported 1 machine twice, now someone has vandelized it.

Great that broken machines can be reported, but to check the status of the repair, you have to call. The app should be able to do that.

A OK app service is kind of slow plus sometimes technician come many times for the same machine we have card dispense machine the same machine went out of service a lot this month makes 5 this year.

They ask for your SS# to register but I just made up a number. Overall not a good app

I just tried to scan and enter the washers code and scand the bar multiple times and it says that it doesn't exist unless the have sold the appliances to the apartment complex i live in

Easy to use as long as the techs do their job correctly and repair the machines as requested. By the way, the front loader machines super SUCK!

Machines suck and this app does as well. It won't even let you put in an order as it says it does.

Can't report a problem because it is saying the machine isn't registers and I tried more than one machine

Convenient way of reporting service requests. Works well with laundry and air machines CSC operates.

They come out same or next day

Their service is horrible

Android Marshmallow has updated to the Java 8 specification, in which calling Thread.stop(Throwable) will result in an UnsupportedOperationException instead of throwing the exception. This results in an app crash when filing a report. Please fix your code so it doesn't use deprecated methods.

They claim repairs get done when they had not. Service request for an extremely noisy washer turned out that way they obviously do not test their work before they leave.

Requires your email to submit request most likely so they can sell it on to spammers

I keep getting a error when I submit my service report.

Sofrustrating. Several machines always down and when we report always get I'd does not match. Well if you would update the numbers on your machines or in your database that might solve part of the problems.

My expectations were pretty low, considering that we're dealing with coin-op washing machines owned by some faceless company. This is not the most beautiful app you will ever use, but it gets the job done. You get an email notification when you submit your request and when it's closed. We still have machines breaking down pretty regularly, but they seem to get fixed within a few days. When we had a different service provider, they stayed broken longer.

No option to report it eating quarters, really? Why not just say $2.50 on the machine instead of $1.50 since it typically eats 4 extra quarters.

I've used this to report a nonworking dryer. Took a pic of the barcode & presto, fixed a few days later.

Very helpful for reporting laundry room issues. It really works, folks. Try it!

Next day the machine was already working, awesome!

This company promised much and delivered little and raised the price from the previous machines. When the machine doesn't work, neither does the app- which tells me my machine doesn't exist.

I scan the barcode, and it keeps telling me the machine does not exist! Crappy service, & a crappy company!

Every bar code or ID # does not exist. Uninstalling.

Everything but the "describe issue further" works, it's OK! For example 1 out of 12 machines was vandelised...when I clicked on the field to "describe issue further"....then I clicked the SEND button as soon as I typed in the description....and for some reason everything I typed erased. When I communicated with customer service they confirmed recieving my service request under the catagory "vandelised"....but I was asked why I didn't describe the issue further. So that's why I put 3 stars instead of more.

This APP was supposed to tell me when my machine was done and if machines were empty. All you can do is report a machine problem. This is a waist of my time.
