Remote+ Pro for DirecTV

Using this remote for my pool TV and it's awesome. I not only can control the TV but the volume on my AVR. If you're looking for a great remote for your phone this is the one to get.

App works like a dream. I downloaded the free version first to make sure it worked as the developer recommended. I was excited just by the developer saying to try the free version first to make sure it is compatible with your phone. I had a few issues at first because I am not tech savvy. The app gives you prompts when you run into a problem. I was able to fix the issue quickly because the instructions were easy to understand and very thorough. Well worth spending $4. I would buy from this developer again

After downloading volume plugin I immediately purchased the Pro version. I have never purchased an app, this is the first. Works flawlessly with my receivers (all 3)! When using volume control, change the direction of phone if volume doesn't seem to work. Thanks for the app. My roommate always has his tv so loud so volume was a must! Now when he steals the remote, (he has control issues ), I can still change volume. Now I can be pro active and protect my hearing! You won't be disappointed!

This remote rarely works with my Galaxy 7 edge it is hit or miss. I paid for pro hoping it would work better but it did not. The remote stops while you are searching for your channel so have your original remote close. However, when it is working its a wonderful app.

Great app...I would normally give something this good 5 stars, but there is one thing missing. The ability to swap channels on 2 different receivers! This would be the bomb for my man cave :) I also noticed that this app has not been updated in over 2 years.

This app frickin' ROCKS!! It took just a minute or so to set up my DirecTV DVR and then the add-on for aux devices blew me away! Controlling my DVR and my TV with the same remote control app is awesome! It simply works and is beautiful as well! The Pro version is so worth the low price! Keep it comin'! It's laggy, when it actually works! Regret paying for it. The free one did a better job. Not to mention I paid so I could access the volume part and that of course did not work at all. ~ I'm using an LG G3, so no one can say it's cuz I'm using an "old" phone....

TV remote control for use with Direct TV and others. Have this on my Note 4 and the only thing it doesn't do is change from ex: 200 to 500 because no # keys. Developer is excellent about help.

I really love this app and recommend to anyone. I can turn a receiver on and off, change chanel when at work to scare my family at home. My wife called me and said something wrong with a reciver and I laugh my butt off when hung up from her but she still didn't know what going on. Oh, by the way I can even tell what chanel they're watching at home too. awesome app. Keep a good work

I don't understand, why can't you use the volume button? I bought the pro and still can't use it. I would like my money

Thanks for this app, time and time again I use this because my DirecTV remotes or Logitech Harmony remote does not respond as well as your app. Also I remember setting this app up, you helped me to the point of me thinking you were doing too much. I now use an old cell phone as a remote with this app since it works better than the DirecTV remotes, wow, that's sad.

This has got to be the absolute best thing since sliced bread. List the remote for the patio and viola no need for it! To the creator of this app...PURE GENIUS! God bless you!

I purchased the free app and the volume app to try out the volume app. Both worked well so I purchased the Pro app. Now the power button does not work on the power app for the TV The TV automatically goes back on. I want my money back!

Paid version with nVidea Shield K1 tablet -Will not control my new P series Visio TV. The Visio Cast app controls it over the network with my tablet, please add this in. It would also be nice to have a more complete direct TV guide at your finger tips viewing it on the tablet instead of on the TV. That would make this a 5 star app for sure.

Works well aftr I had to set it to my TV, works well with DVR. Found easily! However I am still finding small things to learn.

Just got this today but so far just blows me away. It's amazing what they have come up with. Does more than my regular remote does!! So far, i love it.

Takes some tinkering to work it over box tethered to cell phone but works like a charm

This app is awesome! It allows you to design a remote that works best for you! It controls TV, satellite box, and home theatre. I gave it a 4 star because it's a little complicated to get setup, and it also takes 3 apps to get all the features it has to offer, that I'm aware of. Once it's a little less complicated to setup and its in 1 app this would easily be a 5 star app. Definitely the better of all apps I've used, just the most difficult to setup.

Hands down the best Direct TV remote app. Better than the Direct TV remote offered by DTV. All 4 of my DTV remotes are sluggish. Up to a 5 second delay after making a selection. DTV says it's a DVR problem. After I told them that my android remote app works flawlessly and without delay, they had nothing to say. I wish this developer owned DTV. They're great, on the ball, and have a product worth paying for. Thanks!

Java error in line 5681 every time you open it or it wakes the screen to it. Even with that it's awesome. I figure the java error will be addressed. Happy with purchase.

This is a no brainer if you have Direct TV. I was in a store where Dish TV guys were trying to get customers and all I did was show them this app open and the look on there faces was priceless. It's that GOOD

Won't do the volume although the add on rec will turn off on power and do vol. The add-on vol does not work. Tired of getting lied to. Paid want my money back$$$.

Great functionality. Top quality app. Would give 5 star if it did not need rescan for receivers every couple of weeks or so.

What a terrific app to control DirecTV and WiFi receiver. Love it! Design is simple and easy to use.

Power button does not work with set top boxes- only main. Volume still not integrated into pro remote. Must still go back to "test" section of volume plugin to operate volume, just like the the free version. Try operating TV commands & you are just prompted with a "please double check your IP / port". No TV settings in pro version- still need to revert to "plugin"- where settings do not work with the main pro version. The volume plugin is seemingly a separate program altogether no matter version. Fooled me!

I really wish you'd add some more volume controls. I have a LG, but one listed doesn't work. I'd gladly pay more for that part of the app as I'm sure others would as well. There just are NO apps out there for volume control. Please work on this!

This app is unbelievable. By FAR the best app I've downloaded and used (out of hundreds) as far as features and how well it works. I wasn't expecting anything like this! With the volume control and shortcut plugin's, it's just about perfect. One really nice feature is the way the mini guide is based off of your favorite channels. With the shortcut plugin, I just click the mini guide button and up pops a list of what is playing on my favorite channels, along with what is coming up next. Brilliant! Now if we could just get Directv to hire this guy... :)

Works with my directv receivers. Simple to set up and only a few dollars for the pro version. When you download the program find the "useless button" it is hilarious. The program designer had to have fun with that button!

We love the Direct TV Remote Pro app! It does all the work of an expensive universal remote for a fraction of the cost. It controls all of the devices in each room. Took my hubby a little while to get the codes all setup, but it works great! Our advice - don't give up until you have it working the way you want. The developer is great about answering questions! A+
