About CoffeeTracker
CoffeeTracker is an app that tracks your caffeine consumption. Every time you drink a caffeinated beverage, you enter it into the app and it is recorded on Jawbone®'s servers.
What is Jawbone®? You can visit www.jawbone.com if you want to learn more about their products. Jawbone offers fitness trackers (https://jawbone.com/up) that record your steps and even your sleeping patterns.
Right now, there is an app for iOS devices called "UP Coffee" (https://jawbone.com/up/coffee) that allows you to track your caffeine consumption. However, no such app exists for Android. I've decided to take it upon myself to create an Android app that utilizes very similar features.
CoffeeTracker requires a Jawbone account (https://jawbone.com/start/signup). Once you open the app, you can login to your Jawbone account, and the app will query the Jawbone API to retrieve your caffeine consumption details.
Why use CoffeeTracker?
- Track how much caffeine you're consuming day to day.
- Enter pre-set amounts, or add a custom amount.
- CoffeeTracker's dashboard will show you your recent caffeine history, and how much caffeine (mg) is left in your body (keep in mind this based on a formula and not 100% accurate).
- You can also check how your caffeine consumption affects your sleep in the "Sleep Quality" screen. This is purely experimental, and only informational.
NOTES:
* This app isn't meant to diagnose your health. It is designed to gather your recorded data from Jawbone's servers and organize it.
* Caffeine amounts vary a lot between types of coffee. The amounts used are only estimates.
This is a brand new app designed to replicate the features of UP Coffee for iOS. Since there's no other option available on Android, hopefully this will be a good replacement for the time being. Try it out and let me know what you think!

Great idea. Waits the right amount of time, as you metabolize your drink, then it starts ticking down. By the end of the day, you can see how much caffiene is left in your body when you go to sleep. Then you can compare it with your sleep data from your Jawbone Up (I use the Move). However, I drink the same soda every day (diet Mountain Dew) and I know that there is 73 mg of caffeine in each 16 ounce glass. But because I can't save my drink, I have to enter the number each time. Would be great to save!
