Don't even think about navigating away from the app as you have to log in each time you go back to it. After so many log ins you are forced out of the app. I have not been satisfied with this app since I downloaded but I feel like I am practically forced to use it.

The app auto-updated yesterday, and new version seems to be broken. Can't log in. Old version worked just fine on Friday.

Had to remove the app and reinstall a few times to fix log in issue.

The app is broken. Can't even login.

App will no longer operate on phone. Time to switch banks.

Camera issues. Installed on new Nexus 5x and app works fine except for camera being upside down when taking pictures of checks for mobile deposits.

If we are going to be FORCED to use the app on our mobile devices then the app should at least have the same features as the web....I can't see my pending payments

Used to work till i got the marshmallow update for android. Deleted and reinstall work's fine now. Great app comes in handy.

This app never let's me log into my account. I am constantly getting locked out of my account. I talked to the bank customer service, and they told me to uninstall the app. I did that, and it still doesn't work. Very frustrating.

Don't know why they still advertise it because it won't work on my note 4. Have to go through internet browser to access COFCU.

Doesn't work with latest android update. Fix should be happening faster than this!

Since I updated my droid turbo 2 to Android marshmallow it no longer works. Please fix it fast!

After most recent update app no longer opens on my phone. Kind of defeats the purpose doesn't it...

This app is worthless!!! If this the best you can give your customers then you someone should be fired for the implementation of this app!!!!!! Still crap after many fixes!

Since update it won't work. How about updating the app so its works!

After last update the deposit tab disappeared. Already uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. This is a huge inconvenience since the only branch in the area is so far away. I tried emailing the developers and they just told me to uninstall and reinstall it again.

Can't keep deleting and downloading app

I love the new Commonwealth App. I have no complaints. The check deposit works great!

nows its broke since new update. camria wont focus on checks anymore. i have 4.4 and help desk tells me "contact phone manufacter" what does this have to do with your app?Your up date broke it. give me the old apk so it will work.

Good job COFCU! You fixed the app to support Android Lollipop and I can check my account info again! Thx! Running on Nexus 5.

After entering my credentials, the app crashes. I have not been able to use it at all with android 5. If COFCU does not fix this, I will be forced to close my account.

Mobile deposit feature used to work fine. Now the camera cannot focus on the check. Therefore I can no longer make deposits. Please put some money into development of this app

I can see my balance, transfer money between accts. Love the availability.

This app is cumbersome to use. Poor design. Now it is not working at all with Android 5. Ugh

Unable to log in, or security questions keep popping up

This app use to be better before the upgrade, but now it does not work at all the online deposits do not work. It has made my banking very inconvenient and now, considering closing my account with them.

And then uninstalled it..I don't know why I didn't listen to the reviews. I could not get past the security codes.. Lol..I never even set the ones I was asked up

Installed the latest version called COFCU. If myCOFCU is installed then uninstall that app. Opened COFCU, entered account number, answered a security question, entered password and was logged in. All the basic features are there: balance, transfer, deposit, etc. The app works. Two level authentication is good to have. If you are having problems with logging into the app then log into the website on a non mobile device to get your credentials in order. Then try logging into the app. HTH

Loved the old app, hate the new one. Used primarily for mobile deposit but can no longer do so because Android isn't supported. I think it's time for me to find another bank since the app was the only way for me to deposit my checks.

I used to love this app. Now it no longer works. VERY FRUSTRATING! !! DISAPPOINTED :( :( I am ready to close my account over this as well.

Constant problems and it's past frustrating.

I always have to uninstall and reinstall the app. This should be updated. I can easily log on to the website from a pc. It doesnt work properly! Please fix. I have used this app prior to an upgrade so I dont think it has anything to deal with a device.

Updated from 1 star: Initially, I had a lot of problems signing into this new app and the security questions/answers were wrong. I contacted COFCU and received the information necessary to sign in and the app works better than the previous one. It's easier to take photos of checks for deposit; It used to take 2 or 3 photos before it was accepted. I miss the option to email the deposit information to myself, but other than that, I really like it. 5/17/14 - Lately, I'm finding this app unstable. Not liking.
