Users initiate their own Company or join a Company by invitation, providing a centralized location for effective and coordinated Callout Management. New Callouts are simply added to a Company upon selection of a Customers Product. Users can add on-scene evidence to the Callout case easily on their mobile device on site. All work conducted to the Callout is immediately synchronised between all members of the Company giving key oversight of progress at any time. This encourages smoother work-flow processes and ensures that your work never again “falls through the cracks”.
