ComfortDelGro Taxi Booking App

The app design is fairly presentable with the basic features which enable to do the market norm. It would not pretty useful when booking at peak hours, tea break hours, lunch hours and etc. Not able to inform the users if all taxi drivers are busy or not. Maybe should provide a update to inform the taxi frequencies within the zones. Should review on the coordination between the taxi drivers and the app.

App is quite good. Easy to save favorites and nice to get info on driver and estimated wait time. Shame though it left me with server error message late at night. Reverted to calling direct which works fine. Overall good app and recommended for quickly getting a taxi in Singapore.

taxi services in singapore really suck. They are in scarcity, even those that are available for hire can refuse to pick passengers that do not go to places that they wish to go. They do not have the right to complain about how Grab and Uber are taking their jobs away.

Masterpass authentication issue. Masterpass Checkout service cannot be completed. Try again later. Can't book or pay street hailed taxi. I have to keep tapping it to retry like 10 over times till masterpass error msg goes away. Fix it pls.

Even i have indicate e specific loc for e driver eg. Lobby 2B.. the driver is not picking up this info from app.. then why have the remarks field????

Masterpass function is forever having issues. When do u intend to fix it? No wonder I'm using grab more often.

What wrong with the server today? Keep showing error msg..

VISA actually have a larger market share then master card .... go check with financial institute u will know ... I don't use Master Bec they don't have good promotion as VISA card

Lately the app has become laggy and takes forever to load.

the masterpass feature never works. Its status is always 'retry masterpass'

Manage to pair with Masterpass, however the app did not initiate materpass payment or booking. Still need to pay by cash.

Server error when raining!

Keep asking to sign in to Masterpass. So you cannot use all the promo codes at all.

Need flat fare booking

For those of you who had trouble pairing through the app, I managed to do so going directly to the Masterpass website and setting up an account before adding it on the app.

Charged me twice when the driver cancel my trip. Provided feedback without any response from comfort. Disappointed.

It refuses to pair with my MasterCard. Please fix this if you are serious about mounting a challenge with Uber/Grab.

Recent update has destroyed masterpass. Refuses to allow me to pair.

The apps unable to pin point precise location like "Grab".

For 5 mins no verification code. I dont when i will receive the code. Maybe next year

Invasive permissions - Recent updates have given the app access to Camera and Video functions. Why is this necessary? Comfort should clarify the need for new permissions. But my review has been here for a while - Comfort doesn't seem to care to reply. Not surprising Uber and Grab get more customers.

This app worked very smoothly on my iPhone but totally crashed on my Samsung. Tried many times to click on Pay for Street Hail for MasterPass promo, but keep crashing. Totally not able to use this function on my Samsung, but managed to use it many times and smoothly on my iPhone. Please fix it for Androids!

Useless app where unable to get taxi using flat fare during peak hour. Guess all comfort cabi goes for grab/uber call with more price surge during peak hour.

Listen up don't book taxi to airport! Learn why grab and uber are increasing in popularity! Your service is getting worse forcing commuters to competitors! I can't even book advance taxi with Comfort committing to the booking! So unreliable! Replacement or no show, no alerts either btw. Bluddy hell. Similar for regular bookings for taxi now. Alot of cancellations by driver because there is no penalty unlike Grab. Use your brains!!

So troublesome! Needa update so many times... i was in urgent need to book a taxi fast, need to update it before even proceed to booking first..

Street Hail feature not working on my Android phone. App crashes every time i click on the option. Not to mention the number of times I have had to reconnect my masterpass account. The only thing I like abt this app is the ride itself. Still got the best drivers in the city who know their way around, with or without GPS. Hence 2 stars.

WATCH OUT for the flat fare Option. If u go to cbd they charge for the ERP. In their description they say no hidden charges for the flat fare. Guess that is an empty promise!!!

Street hail really sucks. I entered my details for masterpass suddenly I couldnt continue and the pairing failed. When i tried to enter again it said i already have an account.

Nice timing for your server to crash. Used Grab instead to get a cab from my house to hospital for an Emergency Call. Unreliable app.
