Tried so many times, couldn't even sign up. Never send OTP. Waste time!

If you want to have a reward system, make convenient for the users otherwise go back to your card system. The worst app

Take ages to load the app

The "chop" doesn't appear immediately, takes up so much memory space in the phone. Eats so much data monthly. I am quitting MAC Cafe completely because of this app. Unless they look into the rewards system. Even the physical card chopping works better.

Just a bad idea to replace the good old cards, with an app that worked okay on some phones, but was very buggy on other phones? Only 50000 downloads, and a 2.4 rating says it all haha.. I haven't been back since, refuse to go there on principle (you can't give some customers a free coffee and show no loyalty others), but actually it's easy to eat drink elsewhere, plenty of alternatives :)

Went twice to McCafe at Yishun Safra, but barista unable to scan QR code as system was down... what rubbish.. pls dun launch if app is not working right..

The free drinks expire too fast... I prefer the stamps cards that are given last time because this app needs network connection to get stamps. The QR code scanning system always down... Please change to the old stamp card!

Just changed my number & when I wanted to retrieve my password which I have forgotten, it states that it'll be sent to my number. How to receive when I'm not using my old number anymore? Why can't i retrieve my password via my email? This is so ridiculous!

Never seen anyone display expiry date in such a way! The date displayed was the effective date that the free drink CANNOT be used. Whoever did that. Kudos to you.

I changed handphone and reinstalled app but once opened, it required me to change password. I forgotten my current password and no other option that can email me new password. Emailed McDonald's twice and no reply at all.

It would be nice to have an alert on an expiring.. sometimes we forget. . I wasted a chance to get a free drink after collecting 5 stamps :(

The app is as good as the card. Very rarely is the system down and even then you can get a stamp at any other McCafe within three days.

Cannot even register after accepting everything. Just a ploy to bypass the Privacy regulations and get our details. Cannot logon at all. Waste of time.

If you go to password change screen, there is no way to return back. Also Password reset does not work. System never sent any password reset sms.

So full of bugs my pet lizard and frog will be delighted.

Have to spent time connecting to Wi-Fi before I can enjoy a cup of coffee.

It always poke out saying unfortunately the app have be stop !!.. when wanted to go next link to check it,it take so long & than it hang while going to main page again & again... hz to use if the app is like this ?!..hope you guys better done something to FIX it the bug. Thanks

I cannot just log in with Facebook; I have to register a new account AFTER logging in with Facebook. Password requirement is a major turn off (it's for safety, but I find it excessively complex). The UI looks suspiciously similar to ActivSG, which is overkill if the app is just for McCafe-related usage. Too many options by the side menu makes me feel like this is a business app, not an app I would want to use for fun.

This is a great app, allows you to accumulate stamps when you purchase beverages, and allows you to get free drinks as well! Very fast system!

How misleading. Just when I thought I could enjoy my free cuppa at the end of the week but only to discover that the timing of 12 midnight has passed and coupon has expired. In this case, you shd allow redemptions up till 2359 if a date is on the coupon and not at 0000 hours. Customers remember the date when checking and not fact that there are fine prints saying it expires the minute the clock strikes 12 midnight. Cinderella? Definitely not well thought out or deliberate action on part of McCafe.

I'll uninstall it right now, it is annoying and getting on my nerves. Let me only when it's fixed.

Keep asking "SORRY Please register account" after I logged in! Now I can't use it at all!! There is expiring coupon and not yet scan receipt!!!

Please test the app before it is launched. Always cannot register. 1st encounter is Service unavailable. Now then I have updated your latest version but encounter Email not valid. Please help to fix it

Was able to register successfully with my email and mobile number for the OTP. When I logged in, the error keeps on displaying invalid checksum. No other instructions given on the screen. Installed this app on my Android phone - that checksum error appears. On iPad it works.

I can log in and press other buttons but just can't access the wallet when i press it every single time,it hang and i have tried for like more than 10 times!!!
