About Pocket Money Pig
The app was created was created by Christopher, George, and Ross in their Apps for Good course at The Wroxham School, a primary school in Hertfordshire. The team all had disagreements with their families about the pocket money they'd been promised and whether they had received it or not. The team wanted to create this app to help families keep track of pocket money and loans to avoid arguments.

· Add money received for tasks completed, birthdays, Christmas
· Approve payments and withdrawals
· Create fun pig avatars for each family member
Pocket Money Pig won the Saving, Spending, and Giving category sponsored by Barclaycard at the Apps for Good Awards 2014, the national competition for Apps for Good students. As an Apps for Good Awards winner, the team worked with development agency Codeten to have their app built professionally and launched on to the market, with the support of Apps for Good and Barclaycard.
