وبنا ء على هذه الدراسات فأن اصدار تطبيق لدائرة الاحوال المدنية يعتبر حاجة أساسية للمواطن الأردني لمواكبة تقدمات العصر وتسهيل خدمات وتيسيرها
للمواطن.
وتتركز أهمية تطبيق الأحوال المدنية وتأثيره على المجتمع بالنقاط التالية:
-1 رفع كفاءة الخدمة من خلال تكوين معرفة مسبقة بالأوراق المطلوبة وبتالي تسريع عملية الخدمة.
