FinanceSim is a personal financial planner that projects your future financial situation based on your earnings and spending.
Based on your income, expenses, savings, and debts the app produces a forecasting of your cash flows, net worth, interrelation and growth of your assets and liabilities. By playing with input data you can view different scenarios of your future finances.
Run simulations to get answers about:
- value of your assets at retirement,
- the growth of your savings with respect to expenses and debts,
- monthly budget cashflows (income, interest, expenses, debt service, money saved),
- when you will get out of debt,
- if and when it will be possible for you to live off the interest,

If there is options to compare custom scenarios to compare financial outcomes as stated I will have to put this app as top 3. I just hope it's not limited to specific scenarios yet all related to same areas (ie. Stocks, pension, ect..). Custom scenarios will go a long way if truly custom.. be back with follow-up in few days
