Clean SMS - Delete SPAM SMS

SMS is now a least used medium of communication but not for AD agencies and establishments like banks, restaurants and shopping centers.

Number of SMS grows so rapidly that it reaches order of thousands as quick as few months.

Though SMS are just text and uses less space, android stores all SMS in internal tables which causes overhead in performance when the number of SMS is high.

Rest assured that once cleaning of SPAM SMS is over (Few Seconds), the default SMS App will be restored by another prompt.
