Get the most comfortable and safe hang with your hammock! The Hammock Hang Calculator lets you calculate how high to set your anchors based on the size of your hammock and distance between points. Figure out how long your suspension lines need to be, even if you have a built-in ridge-line!
And with the clinometer, you can measure your hang angle more precisely. Even more ways to get that perfect hang.
This calculator is useful on the trail, in the backyard, or if you plan on hanging a hammock indoors.
In addition to calculating hanging information, this tool lets you know the physics of a hang: how much tension and force are being applied to the anchor points, suspension lines, and hammock. Experiment with values to "dial in" your perfect hang.

Nexus 6 - marshmallow 6.01 - screen resolution 683 x 411. worked fine with lollipop

Screen resolution for Nexus 5 is not supported. So the app will launch, but not work. The app needs to be adjusted for screen resolution 592x360. I read someplace in the reviews that the app has a similar issue with Nexus 6P. Nexus 5 users: check if the app has been updated for this resolution before buying, otherwise it's a waste of money.

Purchased, installed but the second it opened on my Samsung Galaxy Note Edge it tells me the resolution is unsupported. Too bad. Refunded and uninstalled. I'll just use the free one on the website for now. Plenty other options that work to tuen the phone into a clinometer. Plenty of ways to skin this cat.

Not sure why the app doesn't support various resolutions. If resources need to scale and look a little crappy I think folks will understand as long as they get the functionality. Unfortunately until it supports the Nexus 6P, I'll be unable to buy and use.

This worked fine on my galaxy s5, but I just moved to a note 5 and the resolution is not supported (731x411).

The app opened with no problems, and the developer has taken suggestions for the previous version and applied them here (it remembers the values you put in now). Very pleased with this handy little app.

Doesn't work on my Verizon LG G Vista. Opening screen says "Unsupported screen resolution. Please submit feedback indicating your adjusted screen resolution: 600x360." DOA. Help! Love the book; wish I could say the same thing for the app. Once fixed, I'm sure it'll be 5 stars.
