CNM Exam Prep

The AMCB® Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) tests individuals for entry-level competence to practice. When a candidate successfully completes the certification examination, either a certificate in nurse-midwifery (CNM) or midwifery (CM) is awarded. The CNM exam is computer-based and consists of 175 questions in a multiple choice format. Examination items are presented in a random order and are not organized according to content area. Each question contains four options from which the candidate must choose the best response. Candidates have four hours to complete the exam.
