GPS Status Test & Fix

Lovely app. My phone couldn't detect location ever since i updated my phone. This app solved my problem in a whisker!!!

Appbuyout added caller id so it can monetize the app by showing ads after a call. Way to drive up data costs. This was a GPS app. GPS Has nothing to do with phone calls. Show your disdain for useless features even if they can be disabled and uninstall the app.

I downloaded this just so I could give it one star when I saw the screen shot of a Caller ID function, then promptly uninstall it.

Caller ID? Wtf? In a GPS app? Nah, it just runs now in the background uses battery and shows ads? If I'd want caller ID, I wouldn't install a GPS app

My gps on google maps was going to the heavens and I was like this can't be right so I installed this app and recalibrated my gps either this worked or god rejected me

I'm an UBER Driver! I'll be sharing this app with my riders! Especially, LOL, when they pin themselves miles away from their actual location. Instead of just being curious, go ahead download and use this app to calibrate your GPS. It's free, simple, accurate, and QUICKLY fixes the location... if there is a problem. For more accuracy, go outside! Then open your google maps, zoom in on the map. See the blue dot... is it where you are standing? If so you just verified that your phone's GPS is calibrated!

Used to be great, did what it claimed. Now all the sudden it's a caller ID app? No thanks. Spam app.

It says that there are 14 satellites, but I'm connected to 0 of them. I've stood outside and pushed the reset and the download and it hasn't remedied it. Any suggestions?

Excellent app for fixing GPS ISSUES. Mine was stuck at a historical location and wouldn't change in any app. Fixed in 2 secs with the apps

This was once a good app. But the original developer sold this app to an app raider business. The new business model is: adding junk "features" (Caller ID) to all acquired apps in order to have a justification to add spyware permissions and selling user data (read their privacy policy). The collected data is also subject to austrian governments information request paragraphs while the storage location/country of the data is not disclosed by the company.

I've had the app for a month or two. Tried it when my GPS was incorrect but it never fixed the problem. I eventually updated the app to its new caller ID functionality and tested it for a few days now. It has yet to discover or display the location of anyone who has called my phone.. yet it has no problem bombarding me with advertisements. I'm usually open minded and respect the hard work put into developing apps but this seems like nothing but a GUI with no actual functions except for displaying adds.

I don't know how it does it, but it works for me. I got this brand new phone and for months my location will "move" mysteriously by itself. It occurs when I'm static or even navigation, which is very very annoying. I tried all the tips on the internet, I loaded different maps apps to compare, updated all the software and firmware, and I even call the phone manufacturing which has tried 1)reset my apps settings 2) recover to safe mode. They have no clue what to do with it, and said if last attempt with factory reset doesn't help then I have to send the phone back and they may charge me to fix it. So I insist on trying other apps first. I tried the GPS status and toolbox, but that didn't help. My location was still bouncing all over the place. Then I install this. And I was amazed that once I launch this, my Google maps are working. I hope I didn't jinx myself. I don't like writing reviews much but because I'm so happy this fix the problem and I do not have to send my phone back.

Instantly worked on my fresh install of CM12 ROM when I moved back to 5.0 and it wasn't reading the GPS. Hopefully it will stay fixed after rebooting my Galaxy S4 but just wanted to give a quick THANK YOU. EDIT: YES. The fix seems to have sticked. Thanks again!

One of my best applications whenever I have GPS problem in my mobile or else sometimes i encounter compass calibration issues in my device. This app solves it all in no hassle way, all it does and all it is for is well worthwhile.

Calrer ID is inapplicable for a tablet, but GPS seems to work well. Just what "Xtra data" is, I'm far from sure.

This did fix my GPS problems. I don't know how it did it but I am happy with the outcome. I would like speed and measurements to be feet and speed in mph. I cannot find where I can change these settings.

lost its direction. This was a handy GPS app. If I want a caller ID app I'll download one. My gps app shouldn't care who's calling me.

My google pixel isnt connecting to gps. . Could someone help? . I have followed the standard factory reset and uninstall troubleshooting steps. . Great app though

It fixed my GPS that wasn't working properly for few weeks, now it finds the satellites and guides my way while searching for some locations and driving.

Adding caller ID was not wanted or needed. The original app works fine. If they wanted to make caller ID app, go for it! Just do it as it's own thing.

Since appsbuyout acquired this it has turned into bloatware. Really does not need caller i.d.

The GPS on my phone hadn't worked for a long time, I almost bought a new phone because I use it for hiking. This app fixes the problem every time my GPS stops working = and it's free. Thanks!
