Absolutely tremendous customer service. I had a minor glitch on my app late on a Friday afternoon. The support technicians reply within minutes to emails and escalate the problem if they cannot fix it themselves. By far the best attended to app on my phone. Makes referring a breeze. Good referal system. Suitable for upregeral from clinics and country side small hospitals. Currenyly it is phone app but I wish if it can be available for laptop as well.
