Mobile cheque deposit not working. Looks like it is not activating camera. Issue persists after restart and reinstallation of the application. Clearing cache didn't make a difference. S7 Edge. Have to allow permissions in app settings for it to work.

Takes 10minutes to get the required quality of cheque image for deposit-on-the-go. Camera technology lag others. Often ideal lighting isn't available but sufficient. Angle shots are necessary due to lighting therefore image distortion should be accommodated.

Good app but recently hard to get into my account. Constantly giving me server errors. Timed out from waiting for servers. Could not log in. Please fix this problem.

Biggest complaint, it is reprehensible on a banking app to have to change screens to enter a decimal point! On my galaxy S7 the cheque photo deposit works fine.

The app works well, quickly and concisely, for what I need to do. It looks like others have problems with mobile cheque deposits, but as I haven't used that yet, I can't say anything...

Asks me for last 8 digits of my card and only allows me to input 7 digits. Then gives me an error.

Speaking as a professional software engineer with almost two decades of experience, including 5 years in Android development, I have to say this is one of the amateurish apps I have ever seen. For shame.

Since the update I have not been able to log in and I am always getting timed out. Very annoying when I'm trying to get things done. What ever you have done you have RUINED the app.

It is slow and times out. This ap is garbage. I have other accounts with other banks and their aps run fast and efficient.

This app is absolute garbage. Not only was mobile deposit years behind competitors but it never accepts cheque images for deposit...almost literally never. PC Financial here I come.

This app is nice and easy to use once you can log in. The problem is logging in... you cant. The server times out, app crashes or freezes. It lets you put your log in info in but does not let you "log in". I can clear cache, close all apps, restart my phone.. nothing helps. Fix your app people. It's useless if we arent able to sign and bloody use it!

Would be nice to have fingerprint security like other banking apps. Little out dated

Keeps timing out. Come on guys need to step it up with this app. We are trusting you with our money.

The direct deposit does not work. When taking a picture on the phone, the app stretches the picture and won't let you submit the deposit. Please fix as it makes the app useless.

Have been waiting six hours to buy breakfast, but maintaining servers are not coast capitals priority. 4 of 10 times I want to use my mobile banking it's down anyway.

Makes you fill out about 3-4 fields each time to log in. Then says "timed out" about 17 times in a row when you press the final log in button.

I've been using this app for a few years and haven't had much issues till recently it now randomly won't ask my security questions when I've set it to always ask so because of in not asking I won't log on and end up using a browser instead. If this isn't fixed I'm gonna uninstall it

Since the recent update, I cannot log into my account from your mobile app. Logging into the website from my pc is no problem, but here it is now impossible.

Why does a banking app need all this access to my photos and whos calling me lurk much

Deposit on the go have issue, when taking picture of the cheque, it distort the picture automatically. Rendering the picture rejected.

Recent update breaks connection to server regularly. If you change from WiFi to LTE or back you have to kill and relaunch or it will complain that you have no internet connection.

I can't get into any of my accounts to move money. It constantly says "loading" but nothing happens. I thought may be it was my Wi-Fi connection so I turned it off. Still nothing. When it does finally load, it gives me an error report. App is seemingly useless.

This app used to work well for depositing cheques on the go. Now it will not accept any cheques I try to deposit. It says there is no cheque in the photo. Please fix this required feature.

While having the app is useful to deposit checks, transfer funds and pay bills, I notice there's some sort of glitch or error almost every time I use it that hinders my completion of those actions.

I have downloaded this app twice and it will not allow me to even put my access code in - it is useless

Worked great a week ago and now I can't even log in . Even after I reinstall twice . I do all my banking through my phone so please fix this .

Needs Server connect notification for server timeouts.

After an update this app when launching says: experiencing connection issues and crashes.

The deposit on the go, still doesn't work properly. The cheque image is within the white corners, but the photo taken isn't what was on the screen.

Convenient app for managing bank accounts. Latest update removed the shortcut from my screen which is annoying. I would like it if it saved other member's account numbers that you have transfered money to/from so I don't have to remember or ask for repeatedly. Fix those 2 issues and I will give this 5 stars.

I can never open the app when trying to accept email transfers. This problem started 3 months ago and i have updated since, with no change. Really annoying since I receive two per month. And a have for over a year

After reading most reviews from other users, I expected their Deposit on the Go issues should have been dealt with. Downloaded the app only to be disappointed. As with most reviewers, the camera on my Android device will not turn on. It just showed a blank black screen. C'mon, fix it guys! Jeez, in this day and age!

Works just fine for all the usual things, I love that it can display my balances without needing to actually log in. The only current issue (as others have mentioned) is that the camera for deposits-on-the-go doesn't work. I assume it'll be fixed, hopefully soon!

UPDATE: It's much easier to bookmark the site URL. Login is easy and provides all info at a glance. [Just remember to log out.] The app worked very well some time ago, but now can't even log in without a struggle! When working properly it's quite useful but not now. I'll check it out again in next couple of months, and after problems are fixed, I may return.
