Doesn't work on Pixel, crashes w an error about index.html when just typing info into a form. Typical app designed for only iPhone. I honestly dont know why they don't just have a website.

When I got a new phone and wanted to renew, I was unable to get the camera or microphone working. I already checked the permissions, so until this issue is fixed, I'm leaving this app as two stars.

One star is too high. This Doctor is a con artist -- TOOK MY MONEY; NEVER GOT MY PAPERS in the mail; no marijuana shops will let you in without the hard copy which the Doctors have to mail in. You call to speak to the doctor nicely to come to a resolution, then he is aggressive, rude, and yells at you. Doctor claims he sent 2 letters in the mail and somehow they both got lost in the mail. Its insulting to my intelligence that Im supposed to believe this. To add insult to injury, doctor then suggests I pay for another copy to be mailed to me. Something tells me I wouldn't receive that either. **Don't use this service. Spend more money on someone legit**

Do NOT USE THIS APP. A TOTAL RIPOFF. AFTER TAKING MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, NOTHING HAPPENED. NO DOCTOR INTERVIEW, SCREEN FROZE AND NOTHING. WILL REPORT TO THE BBB

This has been the best app I've ever downloaded since I got my first smart phone which was the Droid 2 a few years ago. After downloading the app I literally had my official and valid reccomendation letter available for download within 5 minutes. If you are giving this incredible app a low rating because you can't figure out how to use it by allowing it permission you are an idiot and cannabis may not be the ideal medicine for you.

While everything went smoothly and I can order from them online, I paid the extra $20 to have them mail me a card. It has now been well over 2 months and I've yet to receive my card. I expect a $20 refund or to get my card very soon otherwise I'm reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

App is not good. Constantly crashes and video streaming not optimal... Didn't get my card because app wasn't working and doctor threatened to charge "because his time isn't free" even though i can hear the world series on in background.....

This app can't access my microphone, even tho other apps can. But mic access is crucial to function for this app, so... that's bad

Tl dr: SHAM! Eaze is shady and questionable at best. If they cant handle basic support issues, will they back you if you have a legal problem, in a timely manner or even at all?  I wouldn't trust them. Not for this community. Eaze has been nothing but a horrible experience. They will not or do not care to fix a mistake their doctor made with my paperwork, they are terribly slow at responding to patients, and when they do respond to you, they talk to you in a condescending manner as if you dont matter or, you arn't smart enough to use basic computer skills like spell check, or proof reading. I am totally dissatisfied with Eaze's unprofessional service, and i need to be refunded immediately, your service was bad enough to warrent a refund, but on top of that the paperwork you have sent me is completely  worthless, you've wasted my time, and prevented me from being able to attend a community event, which is a problem I should never have from a doctor that i am a patient of. Furthermore, I have to question your authenticity by the way eaze handles business. I would be worried to have anyone at eaze verifying  me if my cannabis recommendation was ever questioned by law enforcement or i needed to face a judge in court. You guys wont even fix your own mistake, i would hate to see how you handle situations involving police or the courts. I would also question how safe my private and personal information is in your hands. I want a total refund, and i will not be wasting my time with eaze ever again. Ill stick with my regular doctor, who is tried and true. Someone i know for a fact wont leave me high and dry if i ever have to deal with the legal system due to my choice of medicine, let alone taking care of a basic error that they could have easily fixed. Eaze is NOT a company the medicinal cannabis community needs. I would suggest anyone reading this, spend your hard earned money elsewhere. This company is simply no good. Their high number of low ratings says it all. I should have known better. Signed, a very upset patient.

Amazing app super fast just make sure you accept app permissions when you first open the app or you will have issues with the Skype calls. A+++++

Horrible app. I set permissions to allow camera and microphone, tried several times and still couldn't get video chat to work. They told me if I tried again they would charge me so I said screw it. Not gonna take a chance with this pitiful app.
