Functionality:
- View and navigate daily workouts within the calendar
- Browse to a specific day using the inbuilt calendar
- Add an exercise to the log and record sets and reps for each session.
- Rest timer will help to rest efficiently between exercise or each repeats
How to use it:
1. Fill in your first workout. Name it however you want, choose duration for this workout.
2. Add new exercises - for biceps, pecs or whatever. Pick a name for it- “push ups” or “deadlifts” or something else, number of sets and preferable rest duration. Choose the number of reps according to your goal and programme.
3. In the main menu you may view all your workouts edit or add new one. Dates on which you have recorded training logs are highlighted
4. Press START WORKOUT - today’s workout will be uploaded. Complete the chosen number of reps, then press NEXT STEP.
5. Take a rest before the next exercise.
P.S.: Do not neglect to start with a short warm up before each exercise. Don’t forget to drink enough water and ask your training for immediate help if you feel constant pain in your muscles or bones. Treadmill timer coming soon.
