I was very disappointed to realise that all the buttons on the menu apart from check balance aren't working. It would have been good to use my coop bank account rather than having to open another one using my phone number. Why do you charge for checking balance so expensively? More creativity is needed though I loved the interface.

You need to modify this app for customer convenient, who up to date charges fees for checking balances? It ought to display a mini statement once I log in. There needs to be an option for checking credit limits. I thought coop was a great bank in terms of Customer Satisfaction but I am thinking otherwise. Fix these issues

It is shameful that a bank of your calibre can charge such a huge sum for checking account balance. Remember the App uses data bundles and as such your competitors do not charge for checking account balance. Stop the business of replying that the charges are being reviewed. Just say that the bank will waive the charges for checking account balance!! Over to you......

I'm happy you guys improved a great deal keep it up and still work to improve it further... I'm only worried on the balance inquiry charges, just checking my balance Ksh35/- is way too much guys. Otherwise I'm impressed with other services???? ????????????????

You the worst of banks people can think of banking with. You app is so useless. You charge your services too expensive. Do you think we high end billionaires? Even the smallest of client matters... Improve you services you guys.

The app keeps bringing errors, I've even uninstalled and reinstalled to see if my phone was the problem, but it seems it was not. Kindly work to give us a better and more friendly application. It is also pretty expensive as well. It would be good to also check on that.

In these modern times checking balances should be free. Borrow a leaf from safcom, equity, airtel and the rest. Review your rates to stay ahead of the rest. You are too expensive. I'm not Impressed.

No improvements so far. You charge so exorbitantly, especially on balance check. I have been patiently waiting for you to harmonize these charges for 2 years now. This app can be the best and attract many customers if you act on most of these issues raised by your customers.

The charges for logging in to this app are expensive. Sometimes you are charged even when you have not got the service. Eg u check the balance, don't receive the feedback and then you are charge.

This bank is too Conny ! Charging for checking balance,no withdrawal from the bank directly to the Mpesa! I regret for being your customer! Planning to quit if you don't fix the changes!

A banking app which can't give a statement and ac balance free.... It's a let down. Even very small unestablished saccos are able to provide such basics.. Pls look into that

What is the use of this app if you charge to check balance and view statements? The essence of having a banking app is for customers to view thier accounts on-the-go for free. That's a big let down. Check what your peers are offering in their banking apps and style up(Equity, KCB, Stanchart, Barclays)

First it's not even linked to my account so I literally can't do a thing with it. The first thing is to link an account with the mobile number to make it possible to transact. What's the use of having an app that doesn't facilitate easy banking. Your IT guys need to up their game.

You are the most expensive bank in kenya, how do you charge us for having our money in your bank, checking balances and even receiving notifications. If you have cooperative bank as the only your bank, kindly try any other bank, thank yourself latter after you get your one year statement. You will have saved like 10k.

I had given this app a bad rating because of error connections. I think their systems were experiencing downtime. Now my app works fine. Just reduce the transaction costs.

The app keeps hanging indicating its verifying user pin. I have re-installed the app several times and still get the same response thus unable to use it. You've failed with this Coop and you seem unable to resolve the issue

The charges are unreasonable. Even MPESA charges only 1 kes for balance. Why do you charge a whooping 40 KES?

The worst app ever, ksh40 charged to check balance, another ksh35 charged for you to receive notification when a deposit is done to your account or a withdrawal, keeps bringing errors... Coop Bank, kindly remove the charges, they are both Colonial and unwarranted!!!

This app is the worst ever mobile banking app. First I get charged soo expensively to view my balance. Another time I tried sending money at night and no transaction went through. I call customer care the following morning and was told that I can't send money at night. For real???? This app is to make my life easier when I can't access an ATM. Next is I cant even see my most recent transactions. Why should I request for a statement if I only want to view my last 3 transactions? Finally,the GUI is patheric Am seriously contemplating on leaving coop simply because of the app

when registering it doesn't have an option to edit the Date of birth instead you have to go through all previous dates starting from current date till you reach your it. It doesn't even give you enough time to edit, you get a prompt that you have exceeded your time limits.

Transaction charges are too high. over kes 35 to view balance. Not user friendly.

I need to see my transactions every minute I feel like. Why can't be like other banks like KCB and Equity no charges when looking for balance, you can locate money in money out. I was happy opening an account there but am disappointed. By the way do you read this comments coz it seems the answer is the same

This is the shittiest app that has ever been developed.It can't help you when you urgently need cash,which is already in your account.Charging too high for services.Pure extortion co-op.PURE EXTORTION! I'm closing my account as soon as I manage to withdraw my money.I'm disappointed.

You ignore peoples comments. Have your developers look at chase bank's mfukoni app. Why do i need to request for my balance when it should be the first thing i see?

Takes ages to verify pin then tells me to re-enter pin while a wrong pin is directed immediately. It also does not reset wrong​ pin attempts now I have two wrong pin attempts if i am locked out i will uninstall the app.

I forgot my pin for the mobile banking and contacted the customer care on the Safaricom number provided,i gave them my details and my confidential bank details and they promised to call back... So far its been one week and nothing has happened and i still can't access my mobile banking service....so dissapointed with the poor customer care service...seems like co-operative bank service can't be trusted...greatly dissapointed and i disapprove this app

Love this app. It was a lifesaver when I travelled out of the country. I used it to make payments and confirm my balances without experiencing delays.

Why charge for everything on the app, I agree with those who are saying. My balance should be the first thing I see when I open App.

GUYS BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD THIS APP HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO. If you have loans on other apps please don't even thing of downloading this app even if you have a bank account with them,also it takes some weird verification to qualify for loans so don't waste your time on this app.

The interface is beautiful. It is comprehensible for digital savvy people like me. I don't know much about the charges but it is convenient. I'd recommend it to my friends. Keep it up Coop Bank.

Just learnt today that I am being charged twice. First charge for withdrawing from the app to my Mpesa and then another charge by Mpesa for the initial deposit that I had already been charged for. Uninstalling the app its not worth the convenience. Other banks charge a flat rate. ????

Maybe review your costs? This has to be one of the more expensive apps out there, such a shame cause it has a lot of potential. Also the constant network failures are less than ideal
