Could someone please fix the app, it hasn't been working all week, it is stuck on sign in page at "authenticating". I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still is not working. I have also sent emails to report, but no response. However, when the app is working, and after becoming familiar with the app, it really is easy and convenient!

Thank you, thank you, thank you... The new update is amazing... Way faster app response, very fast overall and the saving, going features and the interface are all very easy and friendly to use. I'm sorry any the rest, and I was afraid that I'll end up like them with a useless app or have to call the hot line and play the wait game, but thank Goodness it went better than expected ... After the update it won't allow me to login because it is using an invalid email to send my code. Can't call c/s because they close on Saturdays.

The app always has problems. Know it is saying provider information. Invalid

App does not recognize me as a Home Help Provider... Does this version work for anyone? (1.3.0)

This is my first time dealing with this app & I find it pretty manageable.

After the recent update it now says "I'm not currently enrolled as a Home Help provider". Now logging on thru my PC to access site. Please fix.

Says i need a new version then takes me back here to this page please fix i need this app in working order

It is awesome

So many many problems and if I can't document anything I don't get paid. Can't call for help because your on hold for hours. Ridiculous!

I had started using this app and then it stated that I was not a home help provider so that I had to call waited an hour and a half on hold on the phone just because I can't use the app so I have gone back to the paper. Some things shouldn't be changed.

It always something wrong ,can't log on have to contact support the state should've continue the log sheets I don't have time for this

Since the updates, it's says I am not a provider. App is now useless. I also called the "help line". They couldn't help me. I was told someone would call me back. That was a week ago.

App does not recognize me as a Home Help Provider... Does this app work for anyone? I would like to see ANY positive feedback from users of this newer version...

I've been on hold for2hrs n I had help on the phone with me n it still didn't work I tried it again at 8am like Donald said n it still doesn't work n now I'm on hold again to c n I'm sitting here at the DHS wit a supervisor n he cant log on now

Will not log in

Email code every time you log in is a waste of time. If you have to leave the app screen to check your email for the code it kicks you off and you have to do it all over again because the code is invalid. In my case I have to have two devices one to be in app and one to check my email as to not make code invalid.

Nothing causes me to cringe as much as having to update an app. I knew updating would cause issues abs guess what? It did. Bow it claims I am not enrolled as a home help provider which I am. They refuse to let me sign in. Awful please fix this

Everytime I try to log in it says it cannot process the account at this time... What is the point of this app if it doesn't work?

It always says authentication error can't get into it. Called the number listed for help said they can't help call number for app.

Says I'm not a provider, just like most other reviewers. Yes, I'm aware of the changes and yes, I called the number given to everyone else. It doesn't do any good and the app is useless.

Keeps saying I'm not registered, but I am... Clearly needs a lot of work, shouldn't have updated...

Every time I try to log in, it won't let me in so I called the number and they said they can't help because they have not been trained to deal with this problem, and to just keep trying to log in at a later time.

Much easier to use than the previous program.
