It's rediculous you have to enter name address just to get in there is no reason to have a password if you gotta do all that every time

Why would you not allow us to download the newest version. I just installed this app and now it is telling me i need to update? Also, I am not able to update this app for reasons I do not know. I have a galaxy s7 which is one of the newest phones for samsung so my phone is not the issue.

Used to be able to find a dentist and doctor now all my searches turn up no results. I searched 100 miles from my location and still got nothing! How can there be no dentists or doctors!? What is this app for if you cant find a doctor!? So frustrated.. I guess I have to pull out the phone book and do this the old fashioned way, great!

I wonder how much was paid to cbs-inc for this, I wonder if it was a no bid contract, I wonder why it says after signing up that the user is non existent. Try as one may NO SUPPORT!. I shall be looking into these issues. You see my son is disabled. I wonder why, after my son's medical records where hacked via a giant Medicaid biller and while he has lifelock and insurance for it. An app managed at a cost and built at a cost sent to beneficiaries about in letters simply does not work. Oh I shall find out.

This app is garbage. Can't even log in after you make an account. Says wrong password or id name every time.

Does everything it says it'll do, and works great.

Useless app. Might be a scam. This one says Michigan the other does not. Not sure but this app doesn't even do anything.

After installed it wouldn't open. Says could not connect to server.

Would not let me add my son as a member after I had already set up my account. Kept giving me an error telling me that the information i entered did not match what was on file. When i called the beneficiary line, the representative and i went through the information and it all matched! Cant get anyone to help me get to the bottom of this issue.

This app is very frustrating! To try and set up simple login info was a pain didnt want to accept my email address and health portal registration was a joke too, parts of screen are blank and theres no indication of what the next step is. I didnt give up tho and it paid off. After 30 mins of pure frustration I completed registration and in 5 mins had the name of a dentist that accepts michigan medicaid for adults and new patients. Previously I spent HOURS googling/calling dentists offices without any luck.

It worked nicely twice. Now it will not let me log on. Basically useless. This is a necessary app., please fix the problem. I see that CNSI stopped replying to these reviews in 2013, I assume they have abandoned this app and offer no support now.

Installed this app and signed up. Haven't been able to log in once and my account has been locked for 3 days. When I tried to reset the password it said my answers were wrong. Waste of time.

Worked when it was first released. Now when I try to use it, after logging in it asks for more information about the beneficiary, which is myself (Last name, DOB, and ZIP code). After entering the information it tells me it was successfully saved (while showing an updating data overlay), then it errors telling me I need to fill them out to continue. I cannot get it to save my information, therefore I can't access anything tied to me/my account (the beneficiary) and the app is completely useless. Edit: Turns out it wasn't saving because the zip code was wrong/out of date. I was informed of this when I tried to add myself new user again. Glad the app has such meaningful error messages. Now I have a duplicate user and can't remove one of them.

I downloaded this specifically for access to my son's WIC benefits. The app provides good access to his Medicade info, but no WIC info is present anywhere in the app that I could find. Also, the app is a little slow as it is a straight port from iOS.

Registration ask for alot of personal information, including medicaid card#. It said my card# is unvalid. Maybe that's a good thing afterall. I feel uncomfortable giving it. Uninstalling.

Wont take any password has to be strong to register and even off the wall letters dont work. Would be nice if I could register.

No matter how many letters numbers and special characters I put in it never gets over medium for the password! Wth! Fix this!

It's about time something like this was available. I hate the wait times when I have to call for info. I have used several times now and all of my info is available immediately with no waiting on the phone. Install was fast and self explanatory. No issues. Very happy here

I hit the agree button and nothing happens. Fix this problem.

I can't get past the user agreement screen to try it out. When I press agree nothing happens. It's just stuck there.
