After installing the app, when trying to register. They won't allow my name to be entered. With some vague description of why, also my country Trinidad & Tobago, is not an option. To be able to use the app, you must first register, so I will be deleting this application. I was looking forward to trying this, as the shop tool a launch X 431 Diagun C tool has a damaged screen on the control unit.

I had been using this x431 iDiag for 8 - 12 months with mostly no issues on my Samsung S6 until the new Android update has messed with the app. My Android version is v6.0.1. My x431 app version is v2.01.001 and my obdii connector firmware is v11.37. I have issues loading into my already bought software now and renders this device unusable. I have a android tablet that i am not updating to stay in the game but not everyone will have this to their advantage. You guys need to update your app immediately.

I am an ASE Master Auto Tech I been using the product and is meant to be use for professional, this product is the best of all right now, with this product I had the advantages to reprogram all type of PCM, ECM, TCM, Keys, relearn ETC, idler, reset Parameter, reset climate control function and it's been working good for me. I highly recommend it

Was an absolutely amazing product and worked great until I got a new phone, and now it won't let me connect to my car. Vague error "error 4". After multiple emails to support they keep telling me to sideload the app from their own site, which didn't fix anything. And then they stopped replying to emails. $120+ more for car-specific software down the drain. !?!?!?

Worked well on my S5 but won't let me move purchases to my S7. Good luck getting any help from Launch. Their response team have no clue and clearly don't care if you buy their products or not.

It used to work at one time now nothing I'm at the point now where I'm just going to throw it out its a worthless piece of junk and if you do get to work and purchase information on a vehicle it is only good for one year

The newest version if this will not install. "there is a problem parsing the package" is always reported after failed install.10 may 16 problem fixed, works great

I am an Automotive System Engineer and I am using it for the last few months, it is a fantastic App and purposely developed for professionals. Its handy and gives you a complete power to activate most of the actuators. I highly recommend this Diag.

This app and product is junk, it will not connect to the obd bluetooth device. Waste of money and time. Manufacturers and developers should be fined and token to court for being thieves!!!!

Used it 1 time than wouldn't work. Than it told me to register it and when i tried it told me already registered to someone else. So typical of china crap.

Vauxhall software not working just bought the software as I was in need of checking my cars fault and it keeps giving error and app closes as soon as it ment to scan my car please fix

I tried to code DSC in Bmw E60 and E87 but it couldn't. It has coding features but doesn't finish the process. Even DSC calibration it couldn't finish the process. I tried to adjust gear position in E90 for Auto start/stop and it couldn't as well. So it doesn't worth to pay money on it.

After using this all for a year,spending £100's on software it no longer works. Won't even work in demo mode. Come on launch SORT IT OUT

Not working since upgraded to android 6 marshmallow on a Nexus 5, was working fine prior to that.

They make promises they don't keep. They promise to give points when you make purchase to individual cars, and yes they do give the points, but when you try to use the points to purchase cars they cancel the order and take back the points. That is my experience with them.

it need Suzuki ecu reset , fix Toyota key programming , and in Hyundai need to add save coding programming
