It worked great before the last update and even worked after that now the app keeps stopping and won't scan any Nissan vehicle...please fix asap it's causing lot of trouble to my reputation. I installed the latest update today and now the generic scan doesn't work ..I can't see any way to roll back the update ...please help

I registered on this by mistake adn was actually looking for easydiag as intructed by my seller. This is FAKEgivin us the impression of easydiag and now i cant purchase any software for other brands or get my device removed. It says logged in from another device. And when i wrote they said once registered cannot unregister. Waste of my money...very frustrated.

Every time delete downloading data when phone junk clean is problem (2) when update application stop working (3)car company name in divice brochure but it is not in app.Tata car software in brochure but not in application in eazydiag it is big problem because I want only tata car software but not in app.

Adaptor works on IOS not on android Has been tested with 2 different phones and Android 6 and 7 Please resolve the issue as that rendered the diagnostic adaptor as useless

Can't use after update

This app is not working like easydiag or idiag its bad app

Does not work on android tablets! Very frustrating as I brought the plug in box and a tablet to use together but it will not let me log in since the software was updated to version 6.0 or 6.1 :-( only working on android phone or iphone! Launch please sort this out so It works with tablets as well please!

Latest update tanked the app. It will freeze up when establishing a connection to the Bluetooth odb2 module.

Application working OFFLINE only for generic OBD ,BE AWARE for additional Car brand software must be ONLINE .Disliked

After update app crashes immediately. Can't open it, have tried reinstalling, glad I didn't buy any of the add-ons.

i have a golo car care account and cannot access the easy diag. do i need a different account or is there software issues? i bought this to diagnose my car but if i cannot do that this thing is pretty worthless. please respond asap i need access to the features on this app. the reason i bought this adapter was for the features in this app not the other one. 1 star until i can access this thing. hope it gets the proper attention.
