Have uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times since update and still will not work.

This app worked well until it updated. I can not log in. It keeps saying "error contacting error". I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times on my galaxy S5 and my Droid Turbo. Can someone help me out on what I'm doing wrong or if it's the app??

When ever you switch off the phone screen, you're logged out, have to log back in, go type it all again (tractor model, concern etc) to find the assist you were reading before! Why can it not be where I type my pin in and I'm same place where I left it? Also parts section is useless at least to me, I don't need track and trace, need actual parts that I could look up myself.
