CA/US Gas Price Converter

This app has worked flawless for a couple of years and now won't launch. There is a message on the app site where recent crashes have been fixed. I think they have bigger problems. I will keep monitoring the app to see if it starts working or updates avaliable. Based on past performance the app was very good and would give it 5 stars but in it's current state I wouldn't recommend it.

Dont like to have to go into setting to change fuel types. Have 3 vehicles using different types

The exchange rate is inaccurate. Should be option to manually change it. Also fonts should be bigger.

They're using bank of Canada rates not the rates consumers must pay at banks or currency exchange stores. Keep on bragging you only look like a fool and lose any credibility.

I need the thing to calculate the dollar rate too for it to be useful ... it just displays the rate ...big deal ...do the calculate function then

I want to know what everyone else wants to know. How much exactly am I paying! What is 111.6 cents a gallon equal to in US gallons and also currency. Can i get an app or find a site that can do that? I put 111.6 in and it says 200 and something dollars a gallon. What is volume? How many liters im putting in or gallons?

Minor thing - in the second line it should be "gallons" and not "/gallons" when converting from litres, shouldn't it?

It makes application useless.

Great app, but should give you the option to manually enter the exchange rate or source it using a data connection.

Needs to source correct US-Canada exchange rate. Also should allow manual entry if no access to internet. Many disable data to avoid roaming chgs when crossing the border.

Just what I was looking for. But the exchange rate is wrong. Would be better if exchange rate could be set manually.

On my Apple this was a must have app. This version crashed when trying to get exchange rate. So it is now hard coded. BUT do the conversion manually and you will find the results from this app are simply wrong! Don't trust it.

It's almost exactly everything I'm looking for. I love the simplicity and basic usage. This is not a criticism but couple of things I would love to see in future versions. Cost differential between CAN and US so at a glance I see how many dollars I'm saving. I would also love to keep a history of transactions. This would save me from having to go outside the app to use calculator and spreadsheet. I would easily pay for this app especially if it had these features.

A simple suggestion for the next version is to enable the keyboard by default when you open the app. Otherwise very simple and easy to use.
