Works everytime for me unless they are updating the app Very beneficial for following my account.
This is the worst designed app that I have tried to use. I could tolerate this app if the developer would keep it updated so it work all the time. Central bank is a great bank, but this app casts a dark shadow over the bank. I'm amazed that they would allow this poorly conceived app to exist.
Im very upset with this app. Im constantly locked out of my account and have to call to have it unlocked. Something needs to happen or im finding a different bank with better services. Im pissed.
The app is always down. It hardly ever lets me check my balance and you can't do it with the phone number they provide you either.
All the new updates and features are often always overlooked on Android. Very annoying.
Keeps telling me theres an update and when i go to update it just asks me to uninstall or open, but wont let me update anything. Wont let me log in, on my phone and my husband log in on his phone to check to see how much money we have so we always have to play phone tag on whats in our account.
Pretty Weak. Unusable majority of the time.
This app is useful.
The app constantly asks me security questions that I never filled out or chose to begin with when I opened my account. Which in turn leaves me with the " please use the pass code from the help technician" screen that is dumb af. And this is after successfully using the app a couple times prior. Utterly worthless app.

Since the upgrade on May 18th, my app hasn't worked. Finally I got fed up with it not working and didn't have time to go to the bank. So I called customer service. The lady was very nice. I uninstalled and tried again but nothing happened. While I was on hold waiting for the real tech support I found that are 2 apps one for Jefferson County and the regular one. After the upgrade, I had the wrong app.
Terrible interface.
I downloaded the new update and it's doing the same stuff the old one was only worse. I tried logging in and it asked me a question I never answered and I tried typing it in three times and has locked me out. So now I can't even try to sign in. It won't let me do anything. Please fix or I will be switching banks this week.
Keeps saying there is an error and to call the number. I have an lg g3 and can download anything else just fine.
Hate that I can't use the app. Which means I have to get online or go to the bank just to check my account. I do not like that. Makes me wish I would have went to chase bank instead. Very unhappy right now that there is not an app for central bank besides the one that don't work. This is 2016 people, we need apps!!!
Will not open
This is one of the worst apps I've used on my phone. First, it looks very outdated. Update the user interface to be more modern. Second, use 2-factor auth instead of security questions. Lastly, enable copy and paste in username and password fields. I use a password manager (Lastpass) with very complex passwords. Look at Citi's app for an example of a better app.
Love the new update! I never have any issue with the app and love the remote deposit feature. Thanks Central Bank!
I haven't used the app much yet but so far they seem to have fixed most of the issues I had with it before. I think the UI took a major step backwards even though it wasn't that good before but I'm OK with the change since it is more functional now.

I've never had so many issues logging into my account. It doesn't even give me the correct information for password reset or anything. Worst mobile banking app I've ever dealt with.
It asked me questions I never even set up. screw this app now I can't access my bank funds. Switching banks now.

This app is horrible! If I had wanted to spend 20 mins trying to get to my account I could have just gone to the bank!

Ugh
Can never see my deposit history. Everytime I try to see my deposits the app just sits for 2 to 3 minutes and does nothing. There is no way to cancel. So i have to wait for the error I always get telling me there was a problem or if the screen goes dark while waiting I have to log in again. I must be insane because for months now I keep doing the same thing expecting a different out come,But the out come is always the same. So in conclusion I am now insane
This is a great app to access my accounts and make transfers! Thanks Central Bank!
