Description
The MyApp is made exclusively for our subscribers.It can be used for Android OS 2.3 and later. Using this app an existing VCPL subscribers would be able to:
Renew broadband account :
A subscriber can renew broadband account by clicking on the renew now button on the home screen. Payment can be done through credit / debit card, net banking or can put in a payment pickup request to the collection team for making a cash or cheque payment.
Upgrade existing broadband package :
A subscriber can upgrade existing broadband package by clicking on the Upgrade Package button on the home screen. Following options are available
Next renewal :
Subscriber package will be scheduled for upgrade when his current plan expires.
Immediate :
Subscriber package will be upgraded to the chosen plan with immediate effect and no adjustment in the amount.
Conversion :
Subscriber package will be upgraded to the chosen plan with immediate effect and with adjustment in the amount previously paid on a pro-rata basis.
Put in a payment pickup request :
Subscriber can put in a payment pickup request with the company. A date and time can be selected through the option and the same is captured and conveyed to the collection team for further action.
Register a complaint :
Subscriber can launch a complaint through the app.
Get notifications :
All notifications related to renewal reminders, pickup request status, complaint status and value added services will be visible under the notifications tab of the app.

Never pay online from this app. Once you pay, your net connection won't be started automatically, you still have to make a call to suvidha office and tell them the issue. This makes no sense at all in paying online. Happened for 3-4 times with me consecutively.

Net service is not upto the mark to much fluctuations of speed and also u people are throttling the bandwidth on some sites and keeping the speed below average or pathetic. Please improve these issues and keep the service up & running. Anyways the App is good

Loosers sitting in customer care. Dey cannot resolve the issue I made card payment but account not renewed and des ppl won't even chk and are asking me to contact the local place. If I had to contact dem I wud have renewed frm Der itself y use app. Pathetic.

So many times net not working I registered a complaint but technician are not coming like I complain in the morning he is come around 5 or 6 pm. As far as rating is concerned their is no negative rating.... Unfortunately to post this comment, out of will i have to give 1 Star,otherwise Play Store won't allow to post this

Poor App, Poor technology and on field support. It's a sheer waste of MONEY subscribing to VCPL. It's always down n Tech support's standard answer is RESTART the Router. They never accept or acknowledged the fault in their network. The INTERNET services are either down or providing slowest internet (Slower than a SNAIL) 80% of time... Do we have an Alternative???

The app is good for checking the usage and easy payment. But the technical/service support not at all improved. Still takes more than 4 days to attend connectivity issues. Good app supported by good service makes sense. The service provider may wish to improve the same

Extremely convenient app. Good features and online renew option is quite good. Though Profile feature is buggy and gives error. Connectivity is bad, every now and then the net is down or there are speed issues.

I purchased Rs.3600/- pack for 6 month and I used service of one month but not constantly, daily basis net are not working properly, I am register many complaints, but issue is not resolve. VCPL very bad service and west of money as well as time .

Logon ko chutiya banane ka kaam karte hai. Kabhi bhi complaint register karna chaho toh in k line busy rehte hai. Aur compliant register ho bhi gayi toh bass bolte hai engineer aayenge service k liye lekin koi aata he nahi. Logon ko chutiya banate hai ye log .plan khatam hone aaye toh call karte hai payment k liye lekin kabhi customers ko review puchne kabhi call nahi aata. Disgusting technical support. They have recruited illiterate people for customer support...and don't know why they call the technicians as engineers.... disrespecting true engineers.

Day by day service is getting degraded...we are just paying money for no connectivity.after complain it goes fine for a day or so, then again same connection problem.I m tired lisning to same old excuse about server up gradation ..wen will we enjoy hassle free connection.
