MyFM is one of CNA-Q’s mobile application service to Facilities Management Computer Aided Maintenance Management Software (CAFMMS) namely “FAMIS”. MyFM was designed to help streamline communications for the end-users, whether they're on site or in the field. MyFM is the perfect application for facilities management teams looking to improve productivity with different access levels for self-service requesters, Work control Admins, technicians, Asset Management Team, Inventory Team, and saving time, costs.
MyFM allows users to snap a picture of a broken piece of equipment, create a work order, and send it off to CNA-Q Facilities Helpdesk for further action - all from a mobile device. It easily assigns work orders to different users; Creates, updates, and checks status of work orders, closes work orders, tracks or move assets and scanning of asset labels and management of tool Crib.
