Programmers Keyboard

Programmers Keyboard Free App

About Programmers Keyboard

This is a keyboard that is slightly modified to facilitate writing 'c' code. I really like the 'C4droid' application, so I created this soft keyboard to use with the C4droid app.

i think it will be more faster to type with this if a long space bar key is added instead of small sandwiched spacebar key. Secondly u should add a tab key to this keyboard

Also I used to hate manually inputting all the useful syntax into the preferred words and dictionary or each keyboard I use.

Q70%
by Q####:

Chose to drop it due to the glitch being too much of a hassle.

Y70%

Would be 4 stars, possibly 5, were it not lacking such an obvious key, making it arguably useless to anyone who tab indents. Does not help that it has not been updated in years. It is a shame, I love the auto brackets. If it updates with a tab key it gets more stars and I actually use it (up and down arrows would also be nice). Currently it is not worthy of its name.

Overall, man u saved me a hell of a lot of time! If not the problem with caps its a great keboard. However its good for programing but not so for other stuff so pls consider adding a shortcut to be abble to swap keyboards easyly.

I initially installed this keyboard to use with C4droid and I agree with others, this is a great keyboard...however, I've noticed a little problemo: there's not a key for the @ symbol, which makes typing email addresses problematic. This is an oversight that really should be fixed. Nonetheless, great keyboard design.

best keyboard for android, its awesome, and the best part of it is that it takes very less space If up and down arrow keys are also included then it will be better than best, from returning to qwerty keyboard it needs to be two times touched, please fix it,numeric keys can appear only after touching 123 button in qwerty keys

good for coders. But there should be an extra row for dot(.) comma(,) and numbers

Not very good formatting on tablets.

This keyboard makes lua coding a hella lot faster than on my default keyboard, but 1.no Tab key to make an indention. 2.caps lock sometimes glitches.3.no short cut to change back to android keyboard.4.and for items such as (), [], {} there is no single side only an option to enter both of each. But overall still pretty useful!

Perhaps if you enabled use of volume keys for switching layout or ctrl/although combos...

This is the keyboard that takes the least vertical space that I could find in the play store. It is missing the up and down arrow keys which are needed to move to other lines in your codes. Adding them will promote the app to a five star rating. Most programmers are into emulation and virtualization. Adding functional {ctrl} and {alt} keys would make this app the best virtual keyboard on any platform and will give it a rating overflow of ten stars.

X70%

i havent try this keyboard in other situations, but often when you have to write some symbol after another symbol for example to write #include you have to tipe #define

X70%

Keyboard is great but annoying, allways opens regadles of my settings to open android keyboard

N70%
by N####:

There are some shift key problems, but this is still an awsome app for writing c and c++

X70%

Not very good formatting on tablets.

Has no @ symbol, as well as others necessary for coding in many languages (or typing an email address)
