8/19 update. . Still says network unavailable when I open app. I used cm security and cm cleaner to back up items and no matter what device including the original, regardless of what app the entire website is unavailable. I need my items back...

Please add the option to back up text messages & call logs. All I can back up are photos & contacts which is awesome & helpful but please add texts & calls. Also add the option to transfer the app & backed up content to a new phone

Earlier versions were working fine. But in this new version not able to restore the backed up messages. Why it is so?? Plz make it restorable.

This app does not do what it says it will do ad in back up phone logs. This is basically a bait and switch scam. Do NOT install this your eating your time.

Please fix this problem. I want my pictures back. I was putting all my pictures in the 'hide' pictures button on cm security. It said for me to download this app. I did. But it doesnt work because it says network unavailable. PLEASE! I WANT MY PICTURED BACK!

I am unavailable to restore my photos!!! It takes forever doing back up, so where is it going? Pissed!!!

In attempt to signup with my email account at the continue with page says network error persistently. So could not sign up. Please fix. Thanks

I can get my pictures but won't restore SMS messages, I have sent e-mails to customer support and have had no response...

I have repeatedly sent feedback to get help on with restoring SMS and have not heard heard anything back. What is the use of having it if you can not restore the data backed up.

But it says that I can backup SMS and call logs but there is no option for that... And maybe it would be great if you could backup wifi passwords.

I FINALLY DOWNLOADED THE RIGHT CLOUD FOR MY MOBILE PHONE AFTER 2 OR 3 DAYS OF TRYING TO GET THIS APP

Cant restore the old data, i have changed my mobile, but my SD is the same, I get the restore option but can't restore the msg.

All of a sudden I find that my cloud is empty. Ridiculously empty. Seriously what kind of cloud is this?

Was at one point apart of the main app now they split it off just to take up more space on your phone or tablet

It won't let me sign in and I have connection even tho its saying I don't

Add a function that can easily delete duplicate contacts. Then i will give a 5 STAR

I just downloaded it I already know I'll love it that's how much faith and trust I have in cm all there app are excellent also awesome

What happen. It works good but it end up erasing my most important Contact when I needed them

When I logged in this app said network unavailable what the nonsense app is this

I usually dont write reviews for apps, but this app insisted me to post my review. This is the best app for backing up your contacts and photos. Thanks cheetah mobile for developing this.

My sms r not backup....what to do...help me.....when I click on backup button nothing is happen.....

Can't access or upload my photos!

Its OK medium..but music video files uploading option not given..plz provide same as degoo storage space..

Great program, it's made it easy to transfer and not lose contacts or text messages or photos. Highly recommended.

I have authorised then also asking for login and internet is open then also saying no internet

Many time trying to open but not working......this is fake

Can not re-read my messages why is that I see it there but when I press to open to read it does nothing please fix.. than I'll give a 5 star
