as a technician, if I have a problem with this app I can't do anything about it. the first wiper that we got did not work and we had to get a different one. the one I have is very sensitive. & the most recent update completely disabled my Swiper and now I have to enter all of the information manually. since I plan on purchasing a new smartphone next month my boss refuses to call tech support to get the problem fixed because it takes so much effort and time. he'd rather wait until I get the new phone.
