Workout Tracker for Android
I got tired of walking around the gym with a notepad and opted for a more efficient way to keep track of my workouts. Pros: Can add multiple entries for the same muscle groups; can see previous weeks' routines; quickly add/ delete entries Cons: one ad but it's stays on the bottom of the screen the whole time.
My daughter told me to download this app to help me get back in shape. It's easy to use and keeps me motivated
Sometimes simple and easy is all enough, don't need any over complicated stuff you'll never use.
This is purrrrfect. I can set up my own workout plan and keep track of all my records.
It replaces my gym workout book and is very simple and easy.
