「臺灣玻璃館觀光文創行動導覽App」
位於彰化縣鹿港彰濱工業區的「臺灣玻璃館」是由玻璃產業群聚領航者～台明將公司

所創，是一介紹臺灣玻璃業發展知識的博物館，並結合生態、文化藝術特色，於

95.05.27日開幕迄今已累計600萬的參觀人數，也開創鹿港小鎮觀光工廠自在遊的新

路線，每月接待約10萬人次遊客入館參觀。因此，臺灣玻璃館已是傳統產業轉型新契

機與觀光產業發展之指標性觀光工廠。

為此，台明將公司特與在地的中州科技大學管理學院「中小企業診斷與行銷中心」與

「資訊管理系」的專業師資團隊產學合作，順利爭取到「102年度教育部推動技專校

院與產業園區產學合作計畫」的補助，加上台明將公司的自籌款與學校的配合款支持

下，量身訂製開發出本款具備LBS功能的觀光文創行動導覽App系統，讓遊客出遊前可

先下載使用行程規劃與地圖導航功能。

本計畫目的在觀光展場益形擴大，參觀人數迭創新高的同時，以互動性佳的科技導覽

App系統，提高遊客遊憩體驗感動度；將導覽人員導覽內容標準化，運用App強化導覽

服務品質，亦作為新進導覽人員訓練工具；最後促使遊客更深刻體驗玻璃工藝及文化
