WSOC-TV Channel 9 News

Was working fine till it updated, now can't get passed the startup screen. (Samsung Note 4 w/Verizon) please fix issue. Until fixed having to result to WBTV unfortunately.

This is awful. Why create a app when it doesn't get passed the loadup screen and the videos don't work. Lot of work need to be done on this app like now!!

I'd be happier if the notifications were more text and less pictures. The images now overrun the usefulness of the notifications. I like having the entire title in my notifications.

It's okay but sometimes the videos doesn't play on it but they tell a lot of news on it I cancel Channel 12 just to keep Channel 9 so what does that tell you

The app will not load. Surely you can get this corrected promptly. PIA!

Wont open anymore

Every time I click a story notification to open it up, it just spins and never opens/shuts down. I never get to read the story I was notified of. Very upsetting.

I love this app I grew up ON channel 9 news!! Since BILL WALKER WAS IN THE BUILDING!! I LOVE IT!!!

WORST LIVE STREAM in CLT...dont bother to download it!!!

It was ok until it updated now only half of the tagline shows I uninstalled it until they fix it I won't reinstall it

Error message says stopped working. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still does not work. I will have to us WBTV Apple since this one does work.

Have been having trouble as of yesterday evening with this app it will not open any more, would like to know what is wrong with it. Overall it is a good app just experience problem as of yesterday.

The app either takes too long to load, or it just stops a few seconds aftèr opening a story to view.

Love this app and have used it for quite a while but it suddenly quit working. Please fix it! I miss it.

I am deleting WSOC due to the article regarding Charlotte Fire Chief Jon Hannan. I have had the pleasure of knowing him personally And he has served the city of Charlotte with dignity for over 30 years . To trash him in your article shows no respect for his service to this city.

Errors - can no longer use app. Sad as usually my go to news app.

Not a bad app, but why are there so many alerts? I had to turn off that feature... it was constantly alerting on debatable news. Alerts should be used for really important things.

I have watch channel 9 news since I was 8yrs old now am 53 still watching the best news

This app is constantly messing up and force closing. It sends me notifications but every time I try to open the app it's messed up and I can't see anything.

Why does every story have to be followed up with click bait of some adulteress site. This is a local news ap for goodness sake!!
