Kept closing every time I clicked on a news story. Uninstalled, reinstalled and did this 3 times. Finally gave up. Just Uninstalled.

very slow if get lucky enough for video to even get started.

The app sends notifications and updates news stories fine. The problems I've encountered is, as you read an article, it scrolls back to the top numerous times on a 4-5 paragraph story. The other problem is that the "wheel keeps spinning" in the middle of the page when you've chosen an article to read. Both of these issues make it hard to read articles on a timely manner. The last update in November 2017 seems to have created more issues than the app actually had. Galaxy Note 8

Doesn't work anymore! Screen is white when click on article. But stupid ads work!?! So disappointed. Used to love this app.

Uninstalled due to the fact i turn off notifications and they still pop up anyway....

No longer using app until it can be viewed in landscape mode.

I love channel 9 and they are the only news I trust. The app updated the other day, and now every time I try to open an article, it crashes! I will give 5 stars when this issue is fixed. Very disappointed now that it doesn't work. :(

Unable to read an article completely through as it begins scrolling on its own. Syncing constantly with interruptions constantly. Please fix and I will reinstall this app. I love Channel 9.

This app is terrible. Videos only load advertising and then shuts down. Other videos open a link to Facebook and won't play unless you sign in to Facebook.

It stopped working again. I get the splash screen and then nothing else.

Can I get a screencast button?

I mostly just watch the news

AVOID! App is a disorganized piece of junk and loaded with outdated "news" stories. Dumping it!

Doesn't work

Works fine, again.

After April 20 update app stops working upon opening. Doesn't stop sending constant annoying notifications though and can't change settings because the app closes as soon as you open. Please fix ASAP.

I was happy with it, but now I'm not sure what is going on. The news doesn’t work at all now. 2 stars until this is resolved. I may have to get the news elsewhere.

The app keeps closing right after opening. Annoying when you depend on the app for all your news and info.

Won't open for past month! Deleted your app and am now using another local news channel with no problems.

I was in the middle of watching a live press conference on a shooting when the video suddenly cut to a car commercial. Seriously!?! A commercial right then?

You've ruined the notifications by inserting the pictures again! Can't read the entire text of the notification anymore...again. If you want to see how to do notifications w/photos the right way, check out USA Today's app and notifications. They do it great.

Says it's installed, but when u try to open it; all I get is a gray screen w no information until a message comes up there is a failure!
