Rubbish , bakwas , get loss

Rubbish app. Can't register. There's no field for entering the dob or PAN but it keeps asking for these details. Website requires silverlight and doesn't work even after installing it. So in all CDSL is in stone age as far as IT infrastructure is concerned. CAS also doesn't work.

I am not sure why CDSL has made this app when I cannot login to the app. I can easily login through its web version but here using the same login id and password nothing happens and keeps stuck at the login page. Uninstalled successfully.

I cannot register as it is wrongly saying my email ID is not recorded with DMAT a/c. Kindly suggest. My mobile is Android Marshmallow v. 5. 1. 1.

I have 2 demat account with different broker. But depositary is CDSL. if there is same details in 2 DP account. please provide only one login for my 2 CDSL account. .......otherwise it is better. ...

No pdf is being generated under downloads/cdsl.

Not able to set new password once the old password expires. It says input not valid. Tried entering alpha numeric, still doesn't work. Edit: solved this problem. The username is case sensitive while setting the new password. I tried logging in with small letters username after reinstalling the app. One of these solutions worked.

whats the problem with setting password. After trying hundreds of combinations, still no luck while registering. sometime it says invalid input and on other alphanumeric combination required. Trying to register for the first time but as soon as i reach to change password for the first time i am not able to do so.

I have multiple accounts mapped under one login. When I see holding statement, on screen header account number and account name shall be displayed to avoid confusion. Refer third screen displayed in play store app.

Freezing option should be there in the app or web version....some fraud security brokers may debit some number of shares without investor's consent.... freezing using one time password ...should be there....its great security... kindy convey to higher officials.......

During registration If I enter alphanumeric along with special character it says password must contain alphanumeric.Then I removed special character and registered please rectify this bug if it's a bug or show proper error message.

I cant even put my birthday in password in ddmm form.. It's not accepted..my birthday is 29th feb, so it z 2902 after my PAN, contd it's showing pls put a valid birthday in ddmm form..what should i do??

Ones old password expired new password can't be generated many bugs in app and web site also very bad even install Microsoft sliverline can't be able to login page.

I want to use it in Laptop. But it is impossible without installing some silverlight.. And my laptop don't allow me to install as it is company's asset. Please do something

It requires lot of improvements. Either don't allow to login or don't allow for change in password. Every time when try to change for password shows under process. Next time say invalid password

Unable to register through this app. I have entered my bo id and password and pressed next but it is showing error like enter pan and date

All App useless even on desktop can not transfer share online for every things take print and submit to DP. What is this why without visit DP office can activate any service

I am trying to register....but giving error...cannot connect to server. Contact administrator. Same error message on IE browser....frustrating!!

I am unable to use this on my android phone. I installed and try to register but saying provide pan and dob. However, no space is provided to enter pan and dob. how can one enter these if u donot provide any method.

When you are asked to enter details in "Confirm password" field, the field goes blank, struggling for 15 mins, trying couple of different options, please check it and fix if possible.

Unable to register. When I select EASI registration, it asks me my BOID and password. When I type both the things and click on submit, it says enter PAN, while there is no field option to type PAN details into.

Seriously the setting password bug is chronic and see so many comments on the same. The admin too doesn't care since it has not resolved the issue and now also has stopped commenting. Poor.

Changing password seems imposible. I have tried but every time it shows different reasons for same password.

Mutual fund details are not coming. Only share details are showing. Mutual fund details are only coming in statement after downloading. This thing does not serve purpose of the app. The mutual fund details must come inside the app.

I dont know how have they kept Password setting rules. Have wasted 15 mins in just setting the password. Not worth.

Unable to change password for first time itself..It always says "INPUT NOT VALID" (For any combination)..Rectify the problem. And please don't say read the HELP..I did already...

Very simple registration process, especially because the website requires Silverlight which isn't available on Android. As of now, I find the app not much useful cos I don't hold any stocks, only MFs. MFs should also be listed in consolidation. I know I can request and download CAS, but I should be able to just quickly view it anytime.

Transactions can only be viewed for 30 days at a time and even then selecting the dates is so hard. Use a better date picker!! It always defaults to current date even when I change it.

Cannot install. Play Store just hangs. Have not expereinced that with any other app, ever.

I was reset my password but I can't do this because of nt received ur mail. These problem occur since 15th July.
