This app used to know what gym you had and only list the trainers there. After the update you now have to go through like 100 trainers to tingle yours. It is easier to go online and do it there. Go to the website it only lists few. Much easier and quicker. If they fixed this issue, this app would be a bigger asset.

Keep getting error when I'm trying to make a new booking. The app is easy enough to use but it seems like many of the functions don't work properly.

Can't do anything with it really, other than view current bookings.

Now I have to wade through hundreds of trainers when I want to book a session instead of seeing only those who work at my local Retro gym. You guys need some Quality Assurance pros! Don't you test your software before you release it?

Can't book classes anymore. Booking button is missing.

Tried to login several times, finally changed my password via the "forgot my info" option, and it still won't let me login. Verified I am using the correct login info by successfully logging in to the website. I took a chance downloading the app despite the low rating, and it's been completely useless so I will be uninstalling it. Save yourself the trouble and skip this one. More importantly, report to your gym or club how much of a hassle this is to work with so they can rethink their use of Club Ready.

New phone and now I can't view future dates to book classes. I click on "today" and nothing happens. I book classes in advance and have to use the website now. Disappointing to say the least and from the looks of the reviews I doubt these issues will be resolved.

Have been waiting 3 weeks to hear back from someone. Nothing. App doesn't let you log in, emailing website gets no response...even trying to talk to someone in person elicits no response. Why would they switch over to a system that is not up and running yet?

5/26/16 so review subject to change with time and It's a slow app and is prone to stopping working. But you need it at my gym in the Heights (Houston) to see the schedule and make different appointments. A necessary evil for now. Hope they can keep updating to work out the bugs.

On the bright side, I was able to log in ok (which I can't do on the website) the layout is a mess - it feels very 1998, and I can't view/book classes for any day except today which is ridiculous. Used a Samsung Note 4

This app seemingly has very little functionality. Most annoyingly for me is im unable to view an upcoming days bookings because I "don't have any bookings" even though I do and can see them in the browser version... Guess I'll roll the dice on when to go into work because I can't find a login link on the clubready website now either!

Used to work before update. How can I go back? Don't like new version. Can't open settings now either.

Club Pilates, what happened to you?! Your classes are great, if only it wasn't a huge pain to actually sign up for one. Go back to the old system!

Is it possible to actually "make" an app that doesn't work? What a mess.

It updated itself a couple days ago and now is practically useless. 1. I cannot see the name of my clients and 2. It only shows me a couple of my appointments and will not let me scroll down to view the others. Not reliable, i ended up writing it on a paper instead. Please do a better job, having an app like this that actually works is vital.

It was working fine earlier today, hit "update" and it all went down the drain. Can't book, cancel...tried uninstalling and restarting my phone..still nothing.

Navigation is not user friendly
