Contacts, Inbox and CRM in One for Android
Monthly charge is USD19.99, overpriced , if monthly charges is around USD5.99, I am sure you will have more customers. I think it is much better than BlackBerry Hub which is good on S7 edge, need to click the hub+ service every time when I want to open hub.
Downloaded and trialed... Exciting app with tons of value. Just waiting for Canadian telco support (Rogers, Bell, Telus) and our business is in!! (Missed this sales cycle but at end of next contract with competitor)
I'm experiencing an endless loop trying to setup. Won't let me get past the offline request. I can use on my desktop when signing in, however, it does me no good if I am unable to utilize it via the app.
I've been looking for an email program that allows me to sort and create agendas and this is exactly what I was looking for. Plus I love that it hurts me when someone opens my email that I sent to them and that way I know they read it haha!
Endless loop circling back to the "Get Started" button. I uninstalled and reinstalled with the same result. No good to me if I can't open it.
Great app but too pricey for my blood. Wish I could afford it!
The most inclusive data management up to date I've found so far that upholds the standard it claims. It can only become indispensable.
Gives several ways to sign in so I used one of my Google accounts. Just kept going in circles - Let's Start, Let's Start etc. Uninstalled.
Super useful! !!! If you are any type of entrepreneur or seek to be an excellent rep for your business/company- this app is a MUST HAVE. Super useful, easy to use and intuitive. Im a fan!!!
I was anxious to install until I got to permissions. It wants permission to add, copy, or delete all files from my Google Drive. No way. Rediculous.
Monthly fee a bit too high but great features
Love it so far!!
Loved the app
The first thing any reasonably good app should do is to open. After repeating sign in with google 8 times I grew tired of being in an endless loop to nowhere. ..you should probably work on your customer relationship management
It's pretty much what i have been looking for years and frustrated that nobody has done it. A unified inbox without bcc nonsense, unified contacts that doesnt require imports that works seamlessly with google apps.
This is the first crm that Ive found that intergrates gmail so seamlessly. Everything is set up for me witha short series of questions. So easy. Dont have to waste a bunch of time customizing everything and trying to get your gmail to sync.
What I Love: Rich contact info. Social CRM focused on relationship management more than sales. "Get in touch" reminders. Customizable segments. Mail Merge. The only CRM I've tried that successfully pulled in my previous conversations with people. What I Hate: Unattractive user interface. Clunky. Would love more color themes to choose from. Can't merge lists. It's a pain getting back to the dashboard after clicking through many "related people" (Mobile app problem only. Not a problem in the web-based app). Can't tell the difference between read and unread emails. What It Needs: Better "People" view: Full screen view for bigger and better bulk editing. See more contacts at once. MailChimp integration, among other vital integrations. More supported social network feeds (Instagram, Soundcloud, YouTube, Google+). A "summary" style view of segments and lists: a view that shows how many contacts in each segment/list and allows bulk editing, merging, and deletion.
As a sales person and being in an industry small enough that keeping a good relationship can get you ahead, this is one of the apps I seriously recommend.
I used the Pro free trial across the holidays. Online coupon code stated free 2 week trial and 30% off. In order to continue with my contacts I was forced to purchase. NO ONLINE COUPON CODES WORKED. Customer service offered no resolution. I will update if and or when they resolve
Clicking on Login with Google opens browser asking for permission. Completing it brings back to login screen. That's it, that's the loop.
I am so happy with Cloze, you guys really nailed it. Thank you for makeing what I've always wanted: )
Loaded it on my phone LGV 20 Verizon network tried to login through my phones gmail account. Went through some steps then it just kept asking my to sign back in and wouldn't recognize the password I set up for tired out the circle I was in will probably delete....:(
The best group/team contact management app I've found ever!
You will never miss an important email again!
This really helps me keep in touch with my clients.
I was unorganized, but getting cured!
Early days but seems amazing! Great support, too!
It is nice application but need to work offline then sync later on
Still learning this app, but love it so far.
Not bad just costly
This app is incredibly robust with features that help make planning and organizing more efficient.
Just started using this app, but it looks very promising!
Needs some attention to user interface
This app really helps me stay on top of my contacts.
It's swift, so far so good!
Easy to use helps you manage your relationships. Great app.
The business!
Still wrapping my head around the app but so far really good!!
Works just as advertised. It is very useful.

As a solopreneur running a client based business that is deeply embedded in the Google ecosystem, I needed something that could bring together all the disparite parts into one centralized organized system. I must have tried a dozen CRMs, including Nimble, Insightly, Capsule, Nutshell, and OnePage, but none of them fit my needs with as much style or sophistication as Cloze. The Google integration is tight without being repetitive, and everything is designed to maximize and strengthen the relationship between operator and client. It's safe to say that I am an enthusiastic fan.
