You can create workout routines and reminders, see the statistics for the each routine (such as max weight or total weight for each exercise). Also, you can create custom exercise, if you don't find your favourite one in our database. In this gym app you will find information about warmup to prepare yourself to gym exercising.

Never works I 've downloaded this ever time it's been offered in the last year or so on my tablet and phone and it is never every ad free great graphics but 3 times + and you're out. Just read other reviews. I have appgratis app it doesn't delete any offers just tells you it's an expired offer. That guy wasn't lying and neither am I it never worked and I've tried all your suggestions

Got it on app gratis, ads were supposed to be removed but they arent. When I go into settings and turn it off it takes me to the payment screen. Other than that the app is easy to use and helpful for targeting certain areas.

Don't lie to your users. If it isn't ad-free, then don't state that. AppGratis sent Me this. Annoyed.

It's says "ad free".. First thing I saw when I opened it was a full screen ad.. Followed by a repeat.

Would be a good app, however i paid to get adverts off and they still appear! To better the app if it let you create profiles so when u changed phones all your exercises were still there and if you could name routines the same name it would be great to keep track for dealing with clients as a PT then this app would be amazing!
