Potentially outstanding tool. Except teachers very rarely give any feedback or updates about children's progress. I've had 4 messages since September. Practically useless if the teachers don't use it.

Third time now I've had to download this app as I keep just getting a white screen. I get emails telling me my child has a marvellous me but I can't open the actual app. This is getting ridiculous now. Please sort it out

Great way to keep in the know of your child's activities and proves great topics to discuss at the dinner table.

This app is a good idea if you want zero face to face communication with your child's teacher. It'd be even better if it worked. The notifications pop up, then whatever your child has done will flash up for a split second before vanishing into the ether never to be seen again. Tapping on achievements also to no avail as they don't load either. All in all a complete waste of time and phone space in my opinion.

My school sends me emails to tell me I have notifications in this app, but why can't they just put the message in the email itself instead of making me install and open the stupid app? There's no need for the actual app if you already have email. Plus you have to go in and check each child and every category instead of just defaulting to a recent notifications feed. Plus the back button doesn't work, you have to use the button in the app. Poorly designed and thought out.

This is a nice idea but we should be able to post messages back to the teachers. We never get to speto them especially when we work. It would be nice to ask about school trips or things kids have mentioned to us thay we know nothing about
