Meetx is a powerful productivity tool that helps you intuitively schedule meetings, quickly find rooms and communicate with your attendees. Works with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange and your Android phone.
Current version includes the following features -
1. Quickly find rooms to meet in
Can’t find a room? Meetx lets you find one or more meeting rooms available for your meeting
2. Easily use favorite rooms or distribution lists
Irritated by the rooms being offered? Meetx prioritizes rooms that you prefer and makes it easier to use distribution lists that you often use.
We have a lot more planned for updates in the works.

If you need to schedule meeting frequently and you're having hard time to find a room available. This is your solution! I wish the outlook client comes with this feature. It's easy to setup and use. Love the "favorite rooms" feature so I can find a meeting room nearby.

Great app if you need to quickly schedule a meeting "on the go". And it is a really unique tool for when you just want to talk to someone right now! With this app you do not have to wander all over the floor looking for the vacant room. And this happens to us every day.
