Been using paw points for so many years I lost count. And now I have an app for it. Works GREAT!! If you have a problem, contact the developer, they'll help you

App is OK but uploading receipt doesn't work. I have taken at 10 photos and still get 'oops, there's an error' or something like that. Can't upload receipt because it seems to be broken.

I love this app. It makes it so much easier to redeem your points. The free liter you can get really helps when you run a rescue and depend on donations! #adoptdontshop

Been using this app and just recentlyis giving me an error about my connection when everything about my connection is fine. I uninstalled it and installed it and keep giving me the same error!, I want to be able to use it! Please fix it!!!

App was great! But it will not let me log in with Facebook it keeps telling me to check my connection! The connection is fine all my other apps work great! Tried unstalling and reinstalling please fix!!

Can't take photos to upload receipts or pic from existing photos either. SCREEN IS JUST BLACK. IT'S A MOTO Z phone if that matters

Receipt upload does not work. Takes photo, looks good, then when it gets to "center in frame" it just shows a black box.

Can't upload receipt. Take pictures and end up with a black square that says center photo but no photo. Certainly not going to rip box apart and get litter everywhere to get code. Would love to get rewards but not worth the aggravation.

Can't download receipt, just shows up as a blank box. Using a Moto Incipio phone. Tried re-installing, did not help. Would love to use this app, please help!

Did not give me 50 points 4 downloading app. Sad about that.

I have no problems with it other than they need to make the codes readable. Thanks for the back up of uploading the receipt

I can input my code for points just fine but it won't let me redeem my points for prizes. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling as suggested but still doesn't work. The prize I am trying to claim says there is limited quantities left so if this isn't fixed I won't be able to claim it.

Wouldn't upload receipt, had 5 codes said all were no good waste of my precious time!!! No more if this litter for me I'm done. It's not any better anymore. Quality stinks!

I am unable to use my points but i can add points when the app lets me. This is not a purrfect app. Whats the sense of being loyal to a brand when you can use the pet points? Seriously with all my cats and litter i buy it is very dissappointing. I guess I will buy different litter that is cheaper as i go thru alot of it. I was looking forward to entering contests and getting stuff for my fur babies with my points

Paw Points is so much fun to use.

Why is it, I can add my points, but can't redeem them??? Wrote an email to the company, absolutely no help. The app worked great till the last update. I care for 23 cats and use a lot of litter and spend a lot of money. I have found the rewards program to be very useful and am extremely upset as no help was given. Fix the update and I will rate high again.

Tried several times but app won't upload photos. Everything else seems ok.

Other than some developer decided that collecting points couldn't be trusted to those who don't want bloat on their phones.
